I don’t really care for the other proteins ham and tuna… Edit: Since I wrote this letter salad bar has looked incredible thank you for listening 🙂 To Management, I wanted to share some feedback as a regular customer. I eat lunch here nearly every day (I work in the center) and also shop here a few times a month for groceries. Lately, I’ve been really disappointed with the salad bar. It’s consistently missing grilled chicken, and occasionally other staples like hard-boiled eggs. For the past two weeks, I’ve checked the bar 4–5 times a week and haven’t seen any grilled chicken stocked at all. Some employees tell me "it’s out, we don’t have it". I’ve come in right when you open and it’s still completely gone. I genuinely love the salad bar, but without reliable protein options, it’s just not worth the trip. I’m honestly getting tired of the canned tuna as the only fallback. ‍ Would love to see this addressed. I know I’m not the only one who values having those options available. Thanks for listening.

extremely long wait for curbside pick up in a Tuesday early afternoon when I was the first car parked in a curbside pick up parking space. Waited more than 30 minutes just to pick up 4 items, after I had checked in on Amazon app 15 minutes before I left home

Went inside with high expectations. Disappointed with prices. Prices were slightly higher than Walmart. Amazon should come up with something different than Walmart. My suggestion is to add additional islands for Pakistani, Indian and Bangladeshi groceries. A small independent cabin with gold item will excel their sales.

The Amazon Fresh in Elk Grove finally opened a couple of days ago after a long delay. I was there this morning. The store is very clean and organized. They have workers at the main entrance ready to help and answer any questions you may have. Excellent customer service. The store has many promotions and the average prices are reasonable too. The checkout is fast and smooth.

Decent pickup experience. Same as Target's. Wish the paper bags were not mandatory. For small items, seems like a waste. Staff in store were helpful, and got me an item when it was in the app, but not on the shelf. This store also needs to have a cafe. There's already a dining area, so this should be possible. I would come here more often if it was like a Starbucks. Heh heh.

The place is like a regular supermarket. If you're a member, you get a discount for certain items. It has hot foods and amazon customer window where you can pick up and return your amazon purchase. You can log in to you Amazon account to some of the smart carts. After log in, you can scan all the items you wanna purchase and pay with one of the cards tha you have in the account, you're done. When you pass certain line, the account will log off automatically. Interesting.
