AT&T Store

I visited the AT&T store recently, and the service was outstanding! The staff were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through our options for a phone upgrade and plan changes. They took the time to answer all our questions, made sure we understood everything, and even helped troubleshoot a small issue with one of our devices on the spot. Highly recommended Jeanne

We just walked out! We came in ready to upgrade two phones and purchase the needed accessories. No customer service at all by the representatives. All of them were sitting chatting amongst each other when we walked in. The person that came up to us acted like Store manager rude couldn’t care less. He walked away from us after a few moments and told us to let her know if we had any questions; she went back to sit with all the other representatives!!! We’ve had great experiences in the past at this store for all of our phones and gadgets. We have four lines and getting ready to add another one for our youngest son. We’ve never been treated with such disregard!!! No greetings, no pleasantries, no customer service! very bad customer service very bad company AT&T I highly recommend the switch T-Mobile or Verizon

Great Service! I visited this AT&T store to learn about phone upgrade options. This store was convenient to visit while we were in Elk Grove. There was a long wait, but once we got in, the young man who helped us was very friendly and helpful. I don't remember his name, but he listened to our questions and explained all the options. Because of supply chain issues, most phone models take a while to arrive. We decided to place our order at a store closer to home. Despite this, our visit was very helpful, thanks to the excellent customer service we received. We left as happy customers!

Came into the store with some questions about my bill and was greeted with a full staff. They were very energetic and happy to help. We ended up working with Joseph and he was beyond fantastic. He helped us figure out how to maximize our savings with Autopay, help us set up our new phones, and even was able to get us set up with the new internet available in Elk Grove. He was very patient with us and made us feel comfortable asking questions about our new phones. We will definitely be coming back to this location to visit Joseph, his peers, and the management team!

Jacob is an absolute gem—super cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Both times I walked in with questions and concerns, and Jacob took the time to listen and provide clear, thoughtful solutions. His knowledge of the products and services was impressive, and he made sure I felt confident in my choices.
