Bel Air

I went in there for some productive and stumbled along to the alcohol area. They have such a great selection of all things to drink if you are above the age of 21! They have some hard to find bourbon and rye whiskey too!

Bel Air is one of my favorite supermarkets. This is one of the newer stores they have in Elk Grove. This Bel Air was opened fifteen years ago but still keeps up very well. The store still looks excellent and well-maintained. The quality of their grocery is the best, and the service is outstanding.

This Bel Air has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I am very courteous and helpful when you’re looking for something and always smiling.

Bel Air has always been one of my favorite supermarkets, and this Elk Grove location is no exception. Even though it opened about fifteen years ago, the store is still in great shape—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The quality of the groceries is consistently top-notch, and the customer service is excellent.

Bel Air is one of my favorite stores, I just moved in the area, and I come in this store every day almost now. And if I'm not dressed and I'm just now coming from my chemo treatment. I get treated like a felon I feel like they're racial profiling they're rude. I'm African-American and Filipino but I look mainly african-american. And it's not to be on their level because I'm a very very respectful person. But I must say it's happened way too many times. It made me feel so uncomfortable and I work very hard for my money. It's only a few employees but you do have them there. So I no longer want to come in the store and I live a block away which is very sad.

I wanted to highlight an interaction I had with Eric the other day. I came in to the store and approached him with a problem from a purchase at a different location. He assessed the situation and provided a resolution. Eric took ownership and made me feel valued. I always recommend this store as the culture of the employees and managers is to take care of the customer and always do the right thing. Eric has the demeanor of an owner, not an employee, which is hard to find. This guy really gets it!!!

Past couple of times that I have shopped here, customer service has been very poor. Don’t acknowledge you and the bag person can’t even say "Thank you". Have been shopping at Raley’s/Bellaire as my main grocery store. Happy that Amazon has opened a store in Elk Grove and will give them a try.
