I highly recommend this shop. Tim was very nice and accommodating. He did fix a problem with my bike and he explained everything that he was doing. He was very thorough. Price was reasonable. I will be back for a tune up at the end of the season and when my bike needs service.

Kevin and Tim are awesome very friendly, very knowledgeable, Great service And they do awesome work. I would recommend them for any bike needs you may have. They also have many new bikes to choose from including electric.

Great local bike shop. The owner is very friendly, accommodating and competent. Prices are not egregious. He's a Giant dealer, but he will work on any brand of ebike (except for the motor hub itself and the battery). I've had other bike shops refuse to any work on my HeyBike CityRun-- so BikeHaus is a breath of fresh air in that regard. For a small shop-- they are very well stocked. I did have to have them order a new seat post for me, and it arrived within a few days. At any rate, check these guys out. They are one of the best shops I've dealt with in over fifty years of cycling (so I've dealt with a lot of them). Sensitive to your needs. He may have to wait several days for a part, but is implementing a temporary fix to get me back on the road until the part arrives.

Just had my 14 yo well worn bike, tuned up here. I couldn't be happier with the result. The owner and staff were a joy to work with. The job well done at a very reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
