Very poor service at night. Day time staff is a little better but they seem to hate when people use their app for digital coupons too. I try to do the 25 get 5 rewards. Didn’t know if my total was 25 bc I removed an item but before my total it seem over 30 even before coupons. I ask just to make sure if it was $25. Guy seem annoyed. Younger gentleman that seems very annoyed of his job. Lady come over and overhears, ask what’s going on. Told her if it seems like over 25. Rude response was "well you should have check before coming up here and couponing, because we can’t tell". Yes you can. You could have said let’s ring it up before you put your number and check the total. Super rude staff here. Been at other CVs stores and they are way nicer and cleaner. Like Elk Grove florin and Bradshaw.

Pharmacy staff is among the most grossly incompetent in the state. Refused to verify prescription covered under insurance and forced for it to be paid for out of pocket. Pharmacy staff has been extremely dismissive in the past or even refused to help with behind the counter meds indicating the ones on the shelf would work just the same when we all know this is false. Formal complaint has been filed with the state in regards to this.

Typical CVS location at the intersection of Elk Grove Blvd. & Waterman Road. The staff is courteous and offers great customer service. The pharmacy also offers COVID-19 vaccine. They also have Money Gram to send/receive money. They only accept cash if you want to send money thru Money Gram (don’t forget to carry your at least one government issued ID).

Very poor service now that some of the stores have closed. The lines for the pharmacy are very long and take at least 20-30 minutes. The pharmacy staff are not very friendly, you can't find anyone working in the store if you have a question and the shelves are not filled. Many items are gone.

Seems like a well maintained store. Isles were clean and nothing was obstructing the isle. Prices seemed a bit high and they were a bit too push with the "what’s your phone number" for rewards during the checkout. I do not come here often, so this review is just from a first impression.

I had two wonderful experiences at CVS thanks to Kamini and Shereya! On one visit, Kamini provided exceptional assistance, going out of her way to help me find what I needed with a warm and friendly attitude. On a separate occasion, Shereya was just as helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience. Their professionalism and kindness truly make a difference. Conveniently located in elk Grove. The store is convenient for me when I need to pick up a variety of personal items. CVS also sells beer, wine and spirits. A good selection of holiday decorations too.
