Elk Grove Ace Hardware

I like to shop at Ace Hardware in Elk Grove because they still have good customer care. I can ask questions and I get the correct answers. I can find an employee working on the sales floor easily when I need help. The prices at Ace Hardware are comparable to the big box stores with good customer service.

This Ace Hardware team is very helpful and knowledgeable for the DYI Rookie like myself. There is no such thing as a stupid question with this crew. I feel empowered to tackle many home improvements with their help.

The staff is super helpful and down to earth! This is your local hardware store, go visit and get a pie! No seriously, they have frozen pies! I got blueberry, can't wait to try it!

The gentlemen over there helped me finding a basin nut (under the sink) since those can be stuck sometimes. They also recommended me tools to make my love a lot easier to replace the faucet. I love my bathroom make over! Couldn’t have done it without this team.

Ace in general is always my to go store for any of my needs; general hardware or emotional. If you’re looking to read reviews to decide if you should go here or any other store, then let me tell you about Dave and all the other staff! He helped me with all my questions about plumbing and piping and educated me super patiently for almost an hour! I called back when I was having a hard time getting things to fit and Google/Youtube couldn’t help me and ended up spending 3 minutes past his shift to help me! People normally tip good service at other customer service establishments but if there was any change I could make in the world, then I’d add a tip counter to ACE! 10/10, on all aspects. Their quality of people is just as great as their goods.

Staff here are so friendly. Every single staff member that I bump into ask me if i need some help or questions about something with a smile on there faces. This is definitely gonna be my go to store.

A group of very friendly and helpful people work here. I called in and described what I needed, they knew exactly what I was talking about and sent me in the right direction when I got there. John was very knowledgeable but didn’t know everything about the part I needed, so he grabbed Martin and they reasoned it out together. Everything worked very well and I got my maintenance done for under $10. Thank you John and Martin! The store is very well maintained, clean, and organized.
