My family had an accident yesterday and he called the tow to ask questions. He was told the registered owner is the only one who can get answers so his wife must be the one to call. My father asked her if there was a Spanish speaker. The lady rudely said "In this country we speak English and I am the only here"... That's was very rude and I my whole family agrees VERY RACISTS AND UNACCEPTABLE.

5 star towing out of Sacramento towed my motor home about a month and a half ago and broke off the driver side mirror. After repeated calls they asked me to get estimates of repair and submit them. I did, and they have yet to replace or pay to have the mirror replaced. I am unable to use the motor home without the mirror. UPDATE. They have since refunded my towing charge, and credited me with funds to replace my mirror. It appears that a former employee dropped the ball. I am now satisfied.

Horable customer service. Gave me attitude on the phobe and didn't answer any of my questions. Yelled at me when I called back to get some clarification. Update he called back and was helpful.

Five Star Towing is AMAZING! My car broke down on me at 5:00am on a Friday, called Five Star Towing and they were there so quick! Very affordable! The driver (Alfred) was so nice, walked me to the truck made sure I was in the truck safely before loading my car on the bed. The truck was so clean as well! Highly recommend Five Star for your towing needs.

Prompt service. No drama. Driver knew what to do. Very polite and clean. Driver had a helpful attitude. Not arrogant like I needed them. 5 star towing . My first call.

I ran out of gas and barely rolled into the Five Star Towing lot. The guys there were so helpful! Gave me just enough fuel to make it to the gas station. Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate it!

Great place. Best customer service I ever had. Everyone was so nice and very very helpful.. will do business again..Dont go anywhere but here.!!!
