Retrain your cashiers. Vanessa (the one that works nights). A customer was I guess rude to her but she was too scared to tell him anything. We were right after him and here she is taking her anger out on us and starts slamming and throwing our stuff inside the bags with an attitude, didn’t greet us, looked me up and down with a mug look. I’ve been coming here for years and have NEVER experienced this behavior before. Then we see her again last night and the line was long. Instead of asking to take us to the next aisle (she was open) she sees us and intentionally doesn’t ask us, instead she asks the people that were behind us (even though we were waiting there the longest). At this point I am convinced she has an issue with black people and is most likely a racist. I seen her be polite with other races but to us she has been very unpleasant and at this point I am extremely uncomfortable coming here if the cashiers are racist. Today there was a different cashier that got mad at me because I put my basket on the conveyor belt, I did that to make it easier so all the stuff will be together. She didn’t have a name tag but she said I needed to take the stuff out the basket, she then dumps my stuff and I had a glass drink and she kept slamming it (I’m surprised it didn’t break) and then intentionally puts the glass drink on the bottom of the bag, so when I put the bag down it will break. I got to my car and fixed it myself. Unfortunately I will not be returning ever again and will be filing a discrimination case with corporate.

The Grocery Outlet on Bond Road is the one close to my home. It is not the biggest one, but it is the most convenient Grocery Outlet for me. I can't entirely depend on Grocery Outlet for my grocery shopping. It is only a bargain hunting store for groceries. The items here are unstable. What you found today will gone by tomorrow or later on the same day! But the store always gives me some surprises whenever I'm there.

This location has a great selection. I usually come here first with my grocery list, then get what's missing somewhere else. They carry a fair amount of vegan and keto products.

This store is well maintained has a lot of variety. For the most part the checkers and employees are polite. Have run into some that aren't so friendly for customer service.

Clean store, easy -to-navigate layout, and no unnecessary extras. It looks simple and it is simple. The employees are fast and friendly. Check stands are always staffed.

This is the best GO I have visited in the Sacramento area. Nobody yelled at me for having a backpack, the produce is consistently, relatively fresh and bountiful. The customer service is above the current average. The shopping center is new, garbage ️ free and nobody is waiting outside with a tale of woe or some need. There's a Panera next door!

Always finding something unique when I decide to go in for seasonal items, vegetarian frozen foods or shopping for my college student. The staff for the most part are welcoming and friendly. The produce is not always the freshest, but they do have an organic section and if you hit the right day it’s as good as any market around.
