Lowe's Home Improvement

I love Lowe's, it's great!!! I love creating and working with my hands that's why, I love going to Lowe's, you can find so many things there, from seasonal things, to cleaning things, to gardening and glue. My son and I are starting gardening so I went to get some plants that I can replant to grow and dirt and a pretty pot. But I always to way to much. So I left there $160.00 later. Lol. Crazy. Until next time. Oh, I didn't mention employees because they were no where around to help. That's sad.

Lowes always looks so clean and neat. Makes for easy comfortable shopping and all the workers are always so helpful ☺️ they go above and beyond there job description im sure of it. Big cheers for the lowes team ! - Happy Customer.

Lowe’s Home Improvement stores usually like another version of Home Depot a long time ago! But they have moved away from almost twins as Home Depot to an upper class store for people who want their house with style. The Lowe’s Home Improvement store in Power Inn Road has more choices than the Home Depot nearby. Usually better choices for homeowners looking for better than basic essentials and still have a reasonable price range.

The Associates were very nice and helpful. Went beyond and above to provide the services. Was able to get what I was looking for. Thank you for the awesome service provided.

There's no one here, customer or workers, and when you see a worker to flag them down, they go down a different aisle. We waited over 20 minutes in the center aisle with no help. Finally went to the Pro desk (we are GC's) to get someone to assist us. The guy that helped us was no help at all. Left empty handed. Don't bother going to this Lowes.

Horrible place to order stuff at . Pervious ordered windows and it didn’t come on time. Got text message saying it will deliver on the day scheduled but never came then 5 more times did the same thing . Went to Lowe’s and Lowe’s said they can’t do much . Called the delivery company and they said to call Lowe’s . Eventually after 5 times then windows were delivered. Took time off 5 times for delivery. Today I was supposed to get my washer and dryer delivered it was scheduled to deliver between 1-5 pm today. I got a text message at 3:40pm saying delivery is on the way then text message saying delivery has arrived which never came . Called the delivery service they said the order is incomplete and we will have to reschedule for delivery which I have to call Lowe’s warehouse to reschedule. I was transferred there and call just hung up . Again took time off for this delivery. Went to Lowe’s in person and they said they will deliver on Saturday now but there’s no time . They will call on Friday to give the time . So basically we have to run on their time . Very very poor service. Never ordering from Lowe’s again.

Love Lowe's! Hubby needed help with butcher block and Joe was walking by and helped us out. He told us to make sure to get someone in a red vest to help us out to the truck. When we went to pay Joe was waiting for us. Super nice guy. Went out of his way to help. Lowe's is always my first choice for holiday stuff and home needs.
