Ordered parts in the morning that showed available . Showed up after work they said they didn’t have them and said they would be in tomorrow nobody bothered to call . On to today still no call and update about ordered parts . Ordered from another parts store picked up same day no issues
Nothing is posted about being closed for lunch, no issue with that... but how about providing that information posted online or phone...instead of having to see a handwritten note posted on the door... Common sense /courtesy...
This is their local hub and they have a ton of inventory. It's rare that they don't have what I need.
Battery crapped out after two years; we drove 45 minutes to get a replacement. Website said it was open til 5; when we got there, the door sign even said it was open til 5; but at 2:16 pm it was closed.
Largest parts warehouse in northern calif.. Counter space for 8 parts professionals to help you. Been coming here for over 20 years. Most times they will have what you need or can order it.
Most of the help that works there are Car Guys helps you get the right parts at the first time it's more of a warehouse than a store
