I was able to find a dessert that I had looked for at 4 other grocery stores. It was a creme brule cheesecake for a special occasion and the guy in bakery was kind enough to write a short note on top. They have a wide selection, friendly staff and fair prices. It close to my place so I will definitely be back.

It is a beautiful supermarket with excellent customer service. This Raley’s at the corner of Elk Grove Blvd and Franklin Blvd is one of the best supermarkets in the area. The store is well organized and has good inventories. They have almost everything a supermarket should have. The vegetables and fruits are very fresh. The meats they carry are the best cut. The workers are attentive and friendly!

Raleys raleys…. This is unacceptable. You have employees standing around while one lane for check out is open… then what’s crazier is, your self check out doesn’t take cash?!?!???????? So you expect people to wait, not be in a rush or anything? What if something happens and someone needs to leave asap? What you want them to not buy stuff and spend money at your store? Unacceptable way to do business. Not only that but you had employees counting and closing out register at 7:45… I work in retail so this pisses me off. Why are you counting the register 3 hours before closing?. That is not needed the only time you should be counting and closing out register is at closing time. Whoever is managing this Raleys is doing a terrible job. Then I had an employee of yours check my items out, I asked how her day was going, no response. Like??? Will it kill you to say something? Will it kill you to smile??? So I ignored it, when she gave me my change because I paid cash, I looked at her and said I hope you have a great night. She didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. Terrible customer service here, there employees are just standing around. Like I know most of there customers ONLY come here because of the convenience of it being close to their home… but do us ALL a favor and just start going to bel air or Safeway on Laguna and Franklin… this place is not worth it. Terrible management, and terrible customer service. They expect you to wait 30 minutes just to check out!!!!!!!! RALEYS DO BETTER Picture is 2 employees talking, ones closing the register, one is over there wasting time and talking. You’re at work buddy… plenty of things to do.. OH and I forgot to add I bought a half gallon of milk and it expired IN TWO DAYS!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

I've been shopping at Raley's since I moved to California and regularly use self checkout for small purchases, but there's been a big push towards self-checkout (which they have 4 tiny stations for). Today I made a $300 purchase, full cart including wine, and was forced to put the whole thing through self-checkout. Last time this happened the person supervising self-checkout opened up a separate line for me but not today. It was incredibly difficult, took a long time, forced me to mix raw meat with fresh produce, and missed multiple discounts that are not in the system. And after all that they had to suspend the transaction to go to the only actual register to pay for the wine. I spoke to the manager and they could not have cared less. Ready to take my business elsewhere.

Majority of the store is very clean and organized. Love the weekly specials with good quality of items and brand name. Lots of workers but not person approach to asking me or ask me if I need anything help finding items. Check out guy was kinda rude not so nice. The food court is a bite messy, especially the Chinese hot food area. I wanted to order the 3 items combo and majority of the food looks like it’s been sitting there all day. Not fresh at all. Ends up getting the fried chicken instead.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. I can always count on excellent quality meat, produce, bakery treats, and deli items. Raley's is my favorite store!
