Absolutely thrilled with my experience at RV’s of Sacramento! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Julie, my service advisor, for her outstanding support throughout the process. She kept me updated and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. I also want to give a shoutout to Jeff and Kenny for their tremendous work on replacing the roof and floor. My expectations were low going in, but they completely blew me away with the quality of their craftsmanship. It’s rare to find such dedication and skill, and I'm so grateful for the incredible service I received. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of RV repairs!

I'm beyond satisfied with my purchasing experience at RVs of Sacramento! From the top down, the entire team here was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend stopping by this lot to see what they have to offer. The sales floor was polite, knowledgeable, and never pressured me at any time. Both Jeff & Taylor were awesome to work with! The new owners James & Corrie were both very involved throughout the buying process making this experience incredibly smooth. As first-time RV owners, after years of careful research, we made our purchase decision in July 2025. We had the pleasure of working with Ashley, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive. She quickly understood our needs and helped us find the Jayco 261BHS, which has exceeded our expectations. Having visited this dealership under previous ownership, I can confidently say there is a remarkable difference. The new ownership team is highly supportive, and I never felt any undue pressure to make a purchase. While I have seen reviews mentioning lack of follow-up after purchase, my experience has been quite the opposite—using the contact button promptly resulted in a response within the hour. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Today we went to RV of Sacramento, in Elk Grove. We met Sheri, the sales rep. She’s such a nice, friendly, knowledgeable and funny person. We were just beginning our journey and went "looking". We ended up finding exactly what we were looking for. The team there is great, they made our experience a pleasant one!

Hands down the best place to shop. We drove 2 hours to purchase from here because their impression made that big of a difference. We had a camping trip planned already and almost had to cancel because of a shady dealer and they did not fail to have our new RV ready in less than 24hrs!!! We shopped other places prior to here and experienced first hand the worst business practices ever. From the start James was upfront and honest. Great pricing, great customer service, quick and excellent delivery. The financing was a great experience as well. Smooth and transparent. This is a family owned business and you see the difference from the moment you interact with them. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would definitely purchase from here again. We could not be happier to have found this place.
