Didn’t know about this store till someone told me about it, and I’m glad they did. Found a beautiful patio set today at Heroic of Elk Grove. After getting it home, I spoke to the store manager regarding an issue I had with one of the adjustable screws/legs missing in the fireplace who took a photo and said he would give me a could within the next couple days. Couple hours later a nice lady calls me offering to mail it out to me so I don’t have to drive out there. Nice people, quality selection, good prices. I would recommend.

This place is top-notch!! Amy is phenomenal, not only is she very help while you’re shopping she goes above and beyond to make sure you know everything about the product you’re purchasing, what to expect as far as warranty and how to register and use it if you ever need to. I purchased a washer / dryer set and had questions after they were delivered, not only did she walk through every detail to address my questions she knew every possible scenario to consider and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I make it point to stop by at least once a month (sometimes once a week) to say hi to Amy and check out what they have and refer anyone and everyone I know to Heroic Elk Grove. I’ve also purchased, TV, sound bar, portable air conditioner, and misc house items air-fryer, dog food etc. I will be a life time customer and can’t say enough great things about this store. If you need anything house related, make this your first place to shop you won’t regret it!!

I didn't have enough time to go through the isles in detail , but I found great deals on a couple action figures ‍♀️, paper cups☕, natural deodorant ️‍♀️ and a normal price on a cool black panther Nalgene water bottle

Great discounts, kind of like the Morrison's Warehouse back in the 90's

I like shopping at this place and found a small number of decent deals, but my most recent visit was slightly odd. As you can see in the picture, there seems to be an issue with price consistency. These two are the exact same product, but both priced differently. I paid 3.99 each, even though there was a sign in store that showed the 3.69 price, but was promptly removed by store management when I went back to check. Kind of wonder if there is any other products that they keep in stock with the same issue.
