YogaSix Elk Grove

It was my first time joining a class at YogaSix, and I took Hot Yoga with instructor Justin. He was really friendly; he came to say hi and introduced himself. After class, he checked in to see how I felt about it. The 60 minutes of hot yoga felt amazing! I could feel my whole body and all my muscles waking up after years of not being back at the gym. I love how YogaSix is designed for small groups because it made me feel more comfortable and provided more space to move around. I am planning to come back for more classes and highly recommend YogaSix to others!

At my first time going to Yogasix I was extremely impressed. I felt welcome and was given a tour. Yogasix has a friendly atmosphere. The class was great. The instructor Kyleigh was excellent. I will be returning soon.

Excellent experience attending YogaSix in Elk Grove. My introductory class was free of charge. I highly recommend attendance as the atmosphere was polished and the instructor was very knowledgeable!

I have practiced here twice and the instructors are friendly and offer modifications, very judgement free. I love that the room is heated, it makes a huge different. The front desk staff is really friendly too.

I really enjoyed my introductory class at Yoga Six with instructor Justin! I’m a bit rusty since my former studio closed…but the pace was perfect. Looking forward to more!!

I just started attending classes here last week and the front desk and instructors are all so helpful, warm and welcoming. I’m not a fan of hot yoga, so I appreciate that they offer some classes that aren’t hot. The studio is very clean and the props/mats for lend are well taken care of. I love Kyleigh’s slow flow class and can’t wait to try out more classes!

This is a nice yoga studio. Everyone is friendly and it feels like a community. The classes vary giving a good variety from "easy" to "difficult." I like that the classes are in a warm room which provides an additional element to your yoga practice.
