Office Depot

Cameron was SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, and Especially helpful in guiding me to successfully resolve multiple issues I had in completing an important office related job. He is an incredible asset to Office Depot. I am sincerely grateful for all of efforts, going Above & Beyond the call of duty. To sum it all up...... WHATEVER CAMERON IS BEING PAID, IT'S NOT NEAR ENOUGH!!!

I went in to buy a specific printer which they did not have. Every one was very helpful. One associate went with me to look at other brands and told me about the printers. Smart and helpful and we were done. Every one in the store said hello!

Scott (maybe store manager?) was fantastic! I went in for pre-check and he was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable! He even gave me a coupon, which I used. Thank you for making the process so easy (and fun)!

Very long wait, they do not communicate when there is a problem with the printing job. Update 1 hour later asked to speak to Store Manager and he offered no Empathy for the issue and ZERO Resolution. He asked me how big was the job, not big enough to take over 2 hours. (100 pieces) UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

I ordered custom printing for spiral bound books and it was a disaster! The staff didn't check their results before giving it to me and I had to find the errors myself. I made 6 or 7 trips back to the store because of errors with my printing. They were short staffed and were handling other customer's requests at the counter so it took 2 weeks for me to finally get my print job completed. It was not the fault of the counter employee but the store manager 'Scott' pretended to be busy with other things and did not help out at the printing counter when there were five customers waiting.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this Office Depot, especially Scott. They were short handed, but he took the time to help me find a new chair for my home office. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable……..and he helped me find the perfect chair. I will recommend this location to everyone because of the service Scott provided.

Cameron provided excellent customer service with all of my specific printer needs. He was very helpful!
