Alpha Towing and Recovery

We were referred to Alpha by a reliable company, who was unable to assist due to high risk. Dispatch team was quick and had great communication. Gabe the driver was even more incredible. He retrieved my suburban single handedly, with ease and kindness. We truly felt saved from a dangerous situation.

Billy with Alpha Towing and Recovery came to my rescue when my transmission went out on my truck. He fought the rain to safely hook up my truck without damaging anything. He even laid in a puddle of water. He takes no shortcuts and makes sure he does things the right way. He then came to my rescue again when I needed to take it to a different shop. No one likes waiting for a tow. Billy got right to me both times and was friendly and professional. I heard their ads on the radio and am definitely happy I went with these guys. They are who you want coming to the rescue when you have had a bad day. Thank you Alpha Towing and Revovery, and thank you Billy.

Great job by Stephanie! She saved us and our motorcycle out near the McKenzie Bridge. Got us and our bike back home in Springfield in great time. 10/10 would recommend!

Stephanie arrived within a reasonable time and picked up my vehicle in a torrential rain storm in the night. Bright spot on a chilly night. Stephanie first got me in her warm truck and carefully loaded my challenger. Very friendly and professional. The lady knows what she’s doing. I will use Alpba and recommend them in the future. A super grateful 70 yr old disabled granny .

Great experience with Alpha towing. My company was working on a large parking lot that required around 10-20 vehicles towed off of it. Because of the nature of our work we need lots cleared quickly and Stephanie made it happen. She was punctual, fast and very skilled. Would highly recommend

I’ve never had to get a car towed, I was extremely nervous for my first time. Billy was my tow driver, by far the best experience with him. He assured me everything was okay, and not a problem. He has really good energy, did the job quick and smooth. 🙂
