Great business with amazing people working there. They put together my new ebike so quickly and delivered it! This is my first ebike and I'm glad I bought it here. This bike is so much fun I was zipping around my neighborhood at 2am testing all the features!

During my last trip to Eugene, I rented an ebike for a few hours. Now I dont why I havent done it before! The staff was helpful & patient with me while I got familiar with the bike (thanks Chris!)! it was a great experience on the bike & in the store! I'm definitely renting from them again during my next visit!

It's hard to express what unfounded service they have there. I wanted to check out The Velotric bikes. They were very busy. The first employee myself and my husband met was Alexander, he was a plethora of knowledge to say the least, my husband was interested in The nomad 2 and I was interested in the breeze. My husband was interested in some off-roading and I kind of wanted a little bit of both Street dirt roads. Alexander explained everything about fat tire bikes not so fat tire bikes and what he thought would be best for what we wanted to do. within a half hour we were test riding these two bikes. Jay was helping us at this time and he knows things need to be started off slow especially for us old people so we did a little riding around in the parking lot and then we took off down the trail by the river well, I found out I really don't have balance left I tipped over while I was just standing there and so when I got back he was asking me how I liked the breeze and I just had to say I want a trike. So we went in a different direction and it was wonderful I love the trike. We went down a couple days later picked up our bikes after a short little test drive and we were there again for hours this time Jay wasn't there his brother Josh was there and he was helping us and Josh is just as amazing as Jay and Alexander. The time these guys take with customers is truly genuine to find them correct bike for you, you might think you want one thing but you really might need another and they definitely help you out with that. Eventually you got the box loaded up and headed home and the next day we were riding the bike up and down the street and my husband noticed that my tire is flat, we aired it up and it went flat again. So we called and let them know and Josh had to go to Portland the next day and so he stopped at the house and took the tire off and looked at it figured out it was probably a faulty tube. He replaced it. He was so kind and generous over and above and we think all of the employees over there are wonderful I want to thank you for being the best place you could go to buy a bike. I'll be adding a picture of my husband on his bike I thought I had one.

They noticed on their own that the mfg price had decreased due to a sale since I ordered my new e-bike, and saved me $100! They also highlighted the EWEB rebate availability, likely saving me another $300! Also they were very helpful and friendly, and my new e-bike is great!

My girlfriend and I live in Portland and we were planning to do Ride the Rim at Crater Lake on the upcoming Saturday. We wanted to pick the bikes up on Friday but unfortunately we couldn’t make it to the store before the store closed. J and the team were so sweet, they were willing to wait at the store for us after hours. When we got there, we realized we forgot our helmets but Eugene Electric Bikes was there to save the day. They let us borrow helmets as well as take the battery off the bikes so they wouldn’t be too heavy for my Kuwait rack. The ride took longer than expected, but again the team didn’t mind waiting for us after hours. We didn’t get there until 8ish and we were greeted with a warm welcome. We did experience some issues with the battery and told them about it. Without hesitation, they refunded one of the reservations. The bikes ARE in great shape and condition. Sometimes technology just gives up. I usually don’t write reviews, especially this long but the customer service the team gave us was outstanding. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be back if I need to rent or buy an e-bike. Thank you to J, Chris, and Josh.

The guys who own this place are wonderful. We were up visiting the area from Southern Oregon and went by to check out some bikes. They were very knowledgable and helpful and found me what I was looking for. I was planning on having them order the bike and then driving to pick it up but ended up ordering online to avoid a 6 hour drive. If I had been closer I definitely would have purchased through them. Josh and Kris were who helped us and I would highly recommend this shop. If my husband decides to buy an e-bike we will definitely plan a trip to Eugene to buy it! Thanks!
