We came for organizing containers and office supplies and found what we needed. We also found a buy one get one free sale on vitamins. Looked at clothes. They were well stocked and everything looked neat and organized. We had other errands to run so we hit the checkstand and were done in minutes. It was so tempting to hit the grocery section but we weren't going straight home and left that for another day.

I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a staff member at a grocery store before. I have been shopping at this store for years, and I have always thought so highly of it's staffing, but lord have mercy– I will not be shopping in your apparel section ever again. I don't know his last name, but some disciplinary action needs to happen with your staff member Charlie. He made me so angry and uncomfortable I left without purchasing anything on my list and went to Target instead. Swearing at a loyal customer is not okay. I am sorry for the poor review. This is the first time I've ever even written a review before. Charlie just really hurt and invalidated me as a human being, and especially as a woman, with rights and bodily autonomy. He has made me not want to come back...

This review is for their pharmacy. Genuinely, I’ve never had such sub par, slow, and rude service. I cannot believe this is how they treat their sick customers. 2 most recent examples (im 8 months pregnant): 1) I got a yeast infection and needed a 7-day cream prescription. My midwives called it in to the pharmacy in the morning. I went to pick it up in the afternoon and after waiting in a 30+ minute line and when i get up to the front they said they didnt have that medication and for me to come back the next day and they would have it ready for me. so I do, after waiting in another 20+ minute line they tell me again they don’t have it! They tell me to get some generic over the counter brand instead, which i wish they had just suggested to me the first time instead of making me suffer with a yeast infection for another day but still didnt change the fact that i had to wait in a line for 50 minutes to still not get the medicine that was called in for me originally. 2) Fast forward a few weeks, I need my thyroid medication refilled and i call it in Friday morning. The automated pharmacy voice machine tells me itll be ready that same day after 2pm. So i take off 30 mins early from work so I can get there hopefully before the lines get too long. On my way i call the pharmacy to see if it’s ready (because i was nervous after my last experience with them). The machine puts me on hold with the worst hold music until i get there and i see that the line is the longest I’ve ever seen. At least an hour wait. I refuse to wait that long, and then the machine tells me my order isn’t ready anyway which is wild because it told me it was going to be ready after 2pm and it was now 6pm. Ive now not had my meds for 3 days (fri, sat, sun). Today is Sunday 9/21/25 and i get a call from the pharmacy that my meds are ready. I get there exactly at 1pm they are still helping a customer but they have the cages closed getting ready for lunch. I *BEG* them to please help me get my meds because im pregnant, I’ve been waiting since Friday and the 2 uncaring, unprofessional, *RUDE* attendants there absolutely refused to make any kind of exception for a PREGNANT woman who needs this medication for the health of her pregnancy. Refusing to stay open 5 minutes for a customer when you’re already 3 days late on delivering the medication is wild. 0 customer service. Clearly, they do not care about their clients wellbeing and apparently they don’t need my business. I will absolutely not be returning to their pharmacy, and probably will stop shopping at Fredmeyers all together and those two attendants are fully responsible for being the straw that broke the camel’s back. Ive obviously been patient, ive tried multiple times, ive been forgiving of the terrible service historically but when it just continues over and over every time, and when they are so dismissive and uncaring to your face when you’re pleading for help? No. Thats just too much. I hope those two attendants see this, you know who you are closing down for lunch at 1pm on 9/21/25. And whether or not your manager tries to teach you anything about the importance of customer service is out of my hands, but i hope you never have to experience what you put me through today. Being pregnant, exhausted, waddling around, out of breath constantly, hauling yourself down to your pharmacy multiple times only to be turned away empty handed repeatedly and putting your trust in a local pharmacy that fails to provide your medication and then treats you the way you treated me today? Hands down the worst experience ive had at a pharmacy ever. And absolutely inexcusable. Shame on both of you. You are not good people or community members. Fred Meyers is losing customers because of you.

Huge parking lot plenty of spots. Lots if employees and check out line. Two self checkout lines. Huge selection of food, clothes and home items. Decent furniture selection. The pharmacy however is a mess. Half the time we call in to make sure a medication is ready they don't have it ready when we come in and tell us to wait an hour.

This place is very well located in West Eugene, close to Lowe's, Home Depot, McDonald's, Walmart, and Target. I often stop by to check on sale items and usually buy Stumptown coffee, Green Works coffee, and discounted meats. One of the highlights of this place is the bar inside the market where you can sit and enjoy a beer while shopping. It's definitely a place worth recommending.

I haven’t been there since probably last year (2024). I was surprised at how much prices increased. I imagine this is tariff related but it was more than I expected. It is a fine store, lots of stolen goods on the shelves. If you can find an employee, they’re always helpful and nice.

First time picking up meds at the pharmacy which is located inside the store. It's nice that it's not in the back so it was easy to access from any door and didn't have to pass through any other check out areas. They were very busy and there was a line. They were efficient and do have a sitting area but only for after you get done in the line and await your order if you need to.
