Grocery Outlet

I usually don’t review grocery stores and only occasionally leave reviews for very special places. However, this store offers a much wider variety of dog food compared to other stores, so I almost exclusively purchase dog food here. Premium dog food is often sold at discounted prices, so once I confirm the food is suitable for my dogs, I buy it in bulk and use it for several months. Additionally, the discounts on products nearing their expiration date are excellent, which makes me frequent this store. If you’re curious about brands besides Purina or Blue, it’s worth checking this place out.

Thank you for having three cashiers helping customers less than an hour before you close! No grumpy jerks telling everybody they have to use self checkout. This is customer service!

Good variety of different items at nice prices. The store overall was pretty clean. As well as the cheapest ice in town.

Very bad experience. And customer service. I am a nurse trying to shop for my new place and needed to buy a lot of food and house items. A little over $300 all together and 8 bags. The cashier acted so appalled and made loud statements about my purchasing a lot of items. Which I need oils, spices, cleaning supplies, ingredients to fill my new house because I work back to back shifts and need to meal prep. It was VERY embarrassing. I paid with Apple Pay and she seemed to judge me a little less when I didn’t whip out a food stamp card. That’s how hard she was judging me. I couldn’t imagine how she treats other patrons. Will not be back. I’d rather make the drive to Springfield. They are much more welcoming and friendly.

There is a huge selection of a variety of foods from fresh fruits and veggies to frozen meals and even some home goods. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I liked it a lot and I definitely plan to return

Store Manager Judy ,her assistants/crew Scott , Brandon & Taylor are professional,helpful, and always go above & beyond to make our shopping experience positive . Over the past several years we have been buying our ceramic Pots from GROCERY OUTLET on River Road through the good leadership of Judy.

Never felt less welcome in a retail establishment in my life: I would not suggest shopping here. The product quality is marginal to low, and they do not stand behind what they sell. They also take their customers for granted - which is just bad business. Do yourself a favor and drive another five minutes to Fred Meyer or ten minutes to WinCo: They understand customer service and don't treat their customers poorly. I wish I didn't have to write this.
