What a great experience shopping here was!! I was able to negotiate a deal through text before driving the 45 minutes to the dealership. Rodrigo was very responsive and helpful during this. Filled out credit app online so when we arrived at dealership all paperwork was ready to go. Took a test drive and finished up all the financing paperwork, took delivery, and was on my way in less than an hour. These guys really have the process nailed down! Thanks again to all involved!

Took our 2018 wrangler jl here for a new long block because the cams were eaten away and on back order, as well as metal in oil. Not under warranty, 89,000 miles. We live 2.5 hours away and took it here because our local dealer didn’t have any long blocks in stock. Took about 3 weeks for repairs which was fine with us as we assumed it was because they were taking their time doing the job properly. We were sadly mistaken. Long story short-ish we got it back with a dent in the rear panel, leaking water pump gasket (reused the old one), missing bolt on the bell housing, hardware missing from engine cover, missing battery cover, missing plastic retainers from rear fender, and a "slit" as described from other dealer in a coolant line that cost us $900 because we were out of state on a road trip. It’s as if our jeep was being parted out as it sat at this dealership. To date they have replaced the water pump gasket, battery cover (different from the original) and put in some random hardware in where it was missing on the cover. Dent is still there. We replaced the bell housing bolt and plastic retainers ourselves. We have reached out to Lithia corporate with these issues and they haven’t contacted us back. This place is sketchy at best. If you must take your vehicle here I advise you document its condition at drop off.

I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership and feel it’s important to share so others don’t go through the same thing. From the start, the customer service was completely unprofessional. The "Manager" Jimmy was dismissive, rude, and made little effort to communicate clearly. Rather than providing straightforward answers, they gave me inconsistent stories and misleading information that later turned out to be false. It was clear they were more interested in covering themselves than actually helping me as a customer. When I tried to ask questions or get clarification, I was brushed off or spoken to with an attitude. Not only is that frustrating, but it’s also unacceptable when you’re spending your hard-earned money and relying on professionals for accurate guidance. The lack of honesty and accountability was the biggest red flag. Instead of owning mistakes or giving me truthful details, Jimmy and Billy tried to pass off excuses and misinformation as if I wouldn’t notice. This is not only unprofessional, it’s a complete breach of trust. A dealership should stand on integrity, communication, and customer care — none of which I received here. I left feeling disrespected, deceived, and extremely disappointed. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to look elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that treat customers with honesty and respect; unfortunately, this is not one of them.

I just picked up my 2023 Ram 1500 after having the brakes looked at. It has 21k miles and has made this weird crunching noise for the last 8-10k miles. Kevin told me that he would reach out after having it looked at early afternoon. I never heard anything so I tried reaching out to 3 different numbers but only got voicemail. I called Kevin’s direct twice and Jason’s once. Since I couldn’t reach anyone, I got a ride there and spoke with Billy. He explained the technicians could not duplicate the noise. Even after I had explained to Kevin that you can’t hear it with the windows up and it’s most noticeable at low speeds. As Billy brought it back to me, I could clearly hear it making that same noise which I pointed out to him which he could also hear. I’ve waited so long to drop it off because it’s difficult for me to work around my work schedule, so after coordinating everything today and having my boss drop me off, this is very frustrating. I left with my truck still making this noise and no resolution. The only decent customer service I’ve experienced at this location was from Billy. He was the only person that seemed to be willing to look into this matter rather than claiming they "can’t duplicate the problem" that is so incredibly obvious.

We have bought multiple vehicles with Brian Fisher as the salesman. He is good at getting the deal done.

I used to go to Lithia…Lithia is not what it used to be. Service phone calls routed to an answering service in India. I needed warranty work done and even though I left 5 messages I never received a call back from anyone in service. Although a lady receptionist called me back after a week and said the service manager told her I have to pay for the warranty work…I asked to talked to the manager…"he is not at his desk"…I asked if he had been at his desk in the last week…yes, that is Lithia for you. I spoke to some ex-Lithia Dodge employees, they said go to Cottage Grove. I called and was instantly speaking with someone in service. Made an appointment for the following day. They took care of everything, and I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for warranty work. Imagine that. Cottage Grove Dodge is far superior in every way.

If you’re going to be buying a used vehicle from this dealership, please do your due diligence and bring a mechanic. I got pretty hosed on a Dodge ram that I purchased ended up needing well over $10,000 of work just to be properly maintained. Carfax showed they did a safety inspection on the vehicle " No way it passed a safety inspection", but the entire front end was completely shot and had death wobble that I didn’t realize because I didn’t drive it long enough and that’s on me. Also needed injectors And a new torque converter, which is insane to be selling a used vehicle at retail used prices. If you read through this review this far, I do hate posting a negative review and went back-and-forth on whether or not I should actually post this, but I want to save somebody else the headache. Also was told during financing that in order for the bank to finance I needed to do their lifetime oil change Which ended up costing Almost an additional $2000. I feel like I was forced into that. I’m sure it’s a great place for brand new cars as the salesman was decently nice most of the time other than the oil change thing.
