Point S Tire & Auto Service - Eugene 6th Street

I originally bought my tires & wheels at the Springfield location and was extremely happy with the service. So, I stopped by the Eugene location in hopes of having a small leak repaired in one tire and to pay to have them flip my tires due to irregular wear, (remount them) making the inside of my tires the outside. I go have lunch and come back to have a different person now at the tire desk. I was told they can’t repair the tire because the nail is in the "sidewall"…ok, fine. She also said that flipping my tires won’t really help and I need new tires. Well, there is a lot of tread left and since they’re not wearing on the inside, flipping them will definitely get me some more years. Anyway, almost two hours later I come to find out that nothing was done and she thought "we agreed" not to remount them? That’s the whole reason I came in. I guess their definition of sidewall is different than mine because the nail is clearly in the "tread" part of the tire. I left feeling like I went to a Les Schuab. Well, guess I’ll go to America’s Discount. Update: I ended up going to Gill’s Point S on West 11th. They remounted my tires and fixed the leak, no issues. They were great.

New tires on my truck are excellent. Since my truck is old the tire size is no longer common but the tires were delivered and installed within a day. They did it while I had to go to an appointment and when I finished my truck was ready. Good service. We still have to replace the old "doughnut" spare tire and I haven't yet heard back from them on tracking it down…

I came in to get a slow leak in my tire patched. I was back on the road in under 20 minutes! The best part, for some reason they did it free of charge! Forget Les Schwab... Point S Tire has the best, and fastest, customer service in Eugene!

Great place to take your vehicle for alignment, tires, whatever you need! I’ve gotten a second set of tires here, they price match the other guys and offer a better tire warranty to boot! Don’t waste your time on JUST a tire supplier these guys do it all! Thanks again!

I pulled in without an appointment after running over some metal debris on my way across town. They got my car up on the lift within 10 mins and were attempting to repair my tires. Unfortunately they weren’t repairable, but they got me a full set and on the road in under an hour! Super thankful for their amazing service!

Woke up yesterday with a flat tire and was unable to get it resolved until this morning and I realized that my car needed a whole set of new tires. They prefer appointments but I lucked out and there wasn't many people here so they were able to get a whole new set installed for me right away! Prices are reasonable and the quality of service and care is above and beyond. I'm so glad my boss recommended Point S, because I will NEVER buy tires anywhere else now. I'm a customer for life. 10/10 will be coming back for an alignment check sometime soon.
