Ray's Towing

Five stars used to really mean something, and this time it DOES! Tow truck drivers are the knights in shining armor of the automotive age, and Ray's takes their job seriously. Harmon, my driver, was a polite, efficient young man. The cab of his truck was spotless and odorless, and the music wasn't set to blast the ears. I'm old enough to remember cabs that smelled of cigarettes and... God knows what... let's not dwell on it. Fast-food wrappers lying around, grimy and gross. Crack the window! It had already been a stressful day for me, & now my only vehicle was going to the shop, probably for an expensive stay. On top of everything, I left my black purse in the passenger footwell (black) and didn't realize it until after Harmon had driven away. I called Ray's & talked with Eddy, who helpfully coordinated with me. The truck was already miles away on another rescue mission, but Harmon drove to my house after work and returned my purse. As I returned from the front door, Eddy called to make sure I'd gotten my purse back. Mission: Accomplished! These guys are super heroes!

A wonderful young man named Chris just came and towed my little Prius to East Amazon Auto for repair. Chris was so great and got my car up on his truck easily although it was head down on a sloping driveway and an awkward angle.Great service with a huge smile. Thank you for a very positive experience.

Had to have a car towed this weekend and could not be happier with the service; specifically provided by Chris. Called AAA and they said Sunday was busy, there was a backlog, so might take a while. Chris was there in just over 30 minutes from the time of the initial call. Loaded the car up without a hitch (pun intended) and delivered it where it needed to be. Start to finish took around another 30 minutes. Excellent service start to finish.

The company does good work, and Chris is awesome. He arrived early, was quick, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. He offered some pointers I hadn't known about when working with a dead battery. The whole experience was a pleasure.

I was visiting Eugene this weekend from Portland on my motorcycle for a guy's trip. After just a few minutes on I-5 on my return journey to Portland, I had my rear tire go flat. I was able to get to safety and call for help via AAA. Harmon from Ray's Towing was there in an hour with a motorcycle carrier and was able to get my bike onto his flat bed and secure it. He was very careful not to damage the bike. He then drove me and the bike all the way back to Portland, as all of the shops to get the tire replaced were closed on Sunday. We were able to get it unloaded and back into my garage safely. I was extremely impressed with Harmon's professionalism and the care that he took in making sure my bike was secure for the long journey back to Portland. I couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received. Next time I call for help in Lane County, I will make sure it's Ray's Towing that comes out. A big thank you to Harmon and Ray's Towing for making an otherwise horrible day much less stressful! While I hope that I don't need your services again soon, I am very comforted by the knowledge that you are all there to assist!

Ray's was the best towing experience I've ever had... quick, kind and courteous. Ray also gave me alot of useful advice on how to take care of my car issues which was highly appreciated. This guy cared and was a huge help to me. I'm glad I called his business. If ever I need another tow, I'd call him again.
