This is absolutely horrible, they never pick up our recycling. The garbage truck always picks up our garbage every week without any issues or problems. Then comes recycling week and it’s always the same problem. We have to call and stay on the phone for 20+ mins everyday on hold for long periods of time just to get a resolution on picking up our recycling. They say they’ll pick it up before 6 every day and still nothing. We follow their instruction every single time without hesitation. Put the bin on the east side, we do that, put the bin on the west side, we do that, put the bin here, put it there. It’s a game every time. We call, we’re patient, we understand And yet, they still don’t provide the service. They say they’ll send a placement guy out, they don’t do that. They say a supervisor will call us, they don’t that. I just don’t understand, I’m at a loss for words. Because I pay for the full service and I hold up my end, Im a loyal customer and a good one and all we want is for you to provide the service we pay for. Now, yet again we have to wait over a week to have them pick up our full bin of recycling so it just keeps piling up. I feel like it isn’t fair and I don't understand why they’re fighting against providing the service I pay for, faithfully. I guess we’ll see what happens next, I also like to add that in any of these calls I was never one time mean, aggressive or irate. I was frustrated and stressed that. But never wasi disrespectful. We’ve called them back and cancelled our services with them. We went with lane apex and started our new service. It’s pretty unfortunate that it came to that. A company who fights against providing service we pay for is actually really silly. Crazy thing is we paid our monthly service bill Edit: it’s outside for y’all to pick up, please have it picked up! our new service company will be delivering our new bins today. Thank you. Second edit: I find It very disturbing and funny that you are making every effort to apologize and make us feel heard through the review and yet no one has reached out and we’ve left messages and the the customer service reps say you’ll return our calls. But, here we are responding thru the review with words with no actions. Your response means 0 when you have not tried to respond personally.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! We just got our bill from Sanipac, we were shocked at the fact we had 4 separate $5.56 for our cans being too full. We are retired and live on SSI and are finding life is extremely tight these days. We called to inquire about the extra charges stating we were not aware of the fact we were putting too much in our cans. We were treated rudely on the phone and when we asked to speak to a supervisor, we were told there was no one available. We have been loyal customers for more years than I can remember and don’t appreciate being treated in such a way. If we were putting too much in our cans then let us know the first week of overfilling instead of waiting a full month. I was putting wrong items in recycling and the driver immediately let me know by putting a sticker on my can and I stopped immediately, why not with garbage? They charge $ 5.56 extra each week that is why!!

We always for 45 plus years have our garbage out the evening before.. in the last 6 months they have not picked up our garbage at all and I have had to call and complain.. I still get charged for the week they didn’t pick up.. so this week we come home from a trip and they forgot to pick it up.. all the neighbors verified they just skipped ours.. so the customer service says just put extra bags by you can for this next weeks pick up (5 days early) and we will pick it up on your regular day.. of coarse the animals and people trashed those bags last night and I called again today.. there is no place for all the bags to wait til pickup day.. so off to the dump and we half to pay for that!!! I called to say don’t charge me for last week and they try to get around that by saying just leave extra bags there.. this hurts my feelings to even leave a bad review but when your cans full and you have another full can load what do you do.. Do Better Sanipac!!! And I don’t even want to leave 1 star…

I called today to get help changing the due date for my bill and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Tim helped walk me through changing the due date and was kind and pleasant the entire time!! Super happy with the service I get from Sanipac, and their customer service is excellent!! Thank you !!!!!

So disappointed in the services we have (haven't) received over several weeks. Every other week we are skipped for some reason or another (not just my house but my entire cul-de-sac). The first time I had to call they were kind and helpful, sent someone out to grab the bins, easy peasy. However, every single time I had to call after that, they were rude and blaming me, their drivers even noted things that weren't true! (My bins weren't accessible, my driveway was blocked, my cans were missing.) However, my pick up day each week is my only day off and I am home the entire day. We put our cans out the night before just to be sure we don't end up with a bin full of trash all week and a dump run fee. I was actually appalled that they attempted to blame me this last week when every single Sanipac customer in my cul-de-sac still had full cans on the road. After offering to photograph the neighbors full bins to prove I wasn't lying, they told me they wouldn't send someone out to come pick it up because now it was too late in the week and to just pile bags near the can for next week. Canceled services and won't be a returning customer again. 0/10.

Customer service is very rude, when I was confused on why my service was suspended because I did not get an email stating it would be suspended (I did get an email saying it was late) I explained that to the lady on the phone who literally laughed and said that I have gotten calls and emails, let me tell you, I was in the hospital, and I haven’t gotten any calls, but I did tell her I received something via email, and it didn’t say suspended, and people are going through a hard time, don’t work in customer service if you are not going to be compassionate. I can’t even take my trash out right now by myself, I don’t need someone scoffing and laughing.
