Walmart

Doing a little school shopping and my daughter had noticed the changing room was closed so i politely asked this Walmart associate names RUTH, if she knew the hours on the changing room? She ignored me, first then i said "maa’m do you know if the changing room"’""" she interrupts me and puts her finger in my face and goes "psHSPshhh" and rudely shook her head and walked away with her little Walmart apron on. My daughter started laughing, but i feel dissed enough to write a review. Who does this lady think she is? If she doesn’t want questions asked of her, perhaps she could get another job that does not have the expectation of customer service.

Associate Gena really made my day! I visited on a Friday morning and had trouble finding a few items. Everyone was helpful, but Gena made sure I got EVERY single item on my list. She knows the entire store by heart. On top of it, she has a truly genuine smile.

Please tell me why the Electronics Department staff at this Walmart are so unpleasant and unhelpful. I don't get it. I'm a paying customer, visit this store often (other departments are great), don't look "sketchy" or "poor" nor do I look or act "suspicious." Twice the same male employee (about same age) went out of his way to be nasty. I've learned to first check the store website to confirm an item is in stock and its aisle and shelf location. However, days later, again, same guy, different item. When I asked for the specific item he snapped that "we probably don't have that" and turned away. I said politely, I believe you do, and showed him the locked cabinet. Lo and behold there it was which made him more discourteous. And a few days ago, a different (male) employee claimed "looks like we're out of" the requested item while only looking at his store phone. I pointed to the item, they weren't "out of them" there were several hanging right there on the shelf hooks. Made the purchase but he was unhappy, I guess because it's embarrassing when the item is right in front of you and you're the one in the wrong. There's no excuse for a store employee being disrespectful to customers. This customer does not appreciate it.

Old woman who has grey hair with a pony tail and glasses basically accused me of "putting a different product into another box with a different price" okay so don’t blame me for not keeping your employees in line, more aware about the prices that they have products set up as. There is a HUGE BOX WITH A HUGE SIGN with the same exact product I got same number same size, THE EXACT one I got and they have the audacity to acuse me??? Lady why don’t you go and make sure you don’t misplace a price before setting the product onto the floor!

Kelly in the pharmacy department is truly the best at what she does. She has helped me get medication for the past year and then some. She is always kind and willing to help. If I could give 6 stars I would.

The store is clean and well organized. The employees are the same as every other Walmart employee. They all seem to be bothered by helping a customer, as if asking them to do their jobs id asking entirely too much. One would think that with one register open that would leave a plethora of employees to answer questions or offer general help to a customer.

The worst Walmart I have ever been to I was there and had things I was doing on line for my enrollment into Colorado Christian University and 5 different times was in purchasing items in the store and was told if I didn't leave they qrre going to call the police even though I had the receipts of all the purchases that I had i e being a paying customer one of which I put cans in their bottle drop and had one for 17 and my other one would have put me over store policy not Oregon State policy controlled by the OLCC so they wouldn't cash it for over 24 hours but after 24 hours it's no good if it's like they do things that are just to screw with the public it's the worst most pathetic Walmart experience I've ever had definitely a two thumbs down
