Interstate All Battery Center

Bought my battery on 08/09/25 the crew installed it within 10 minutes of buying it. This was the absolute best experience I've ever had at any Interstate ever. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes to observe these employees and every customer that came in were serviced with extremely fast counter service and installation. I am beyond impressed with this location. This store should be the model store for Interstate locations across the country. Great job everyone, you guys are simply the best.

I had a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful, but one employee, Eddie, truly stood out. He was extremely helpful and just a great guy to work with. The whole experience was more like talking with an old friend than replacing my batteries. Eddie made sure I was taken care of, helped with my prorate, and made sure I got back on the road with everything I needed.

We were able to jump start my daughters dead battery and came to Interstate. When we arrived Kristen was working in the hot sun installing a battery on a car. She apologized and told us she was the only one working (over lunch) and would get to us as soon as she could. There were several customers inside and she professionally helped each one of them with her super friendly personality and knowledge. She apologized to us several times for the delay all the time keeping upbeat and friendly even though she was flooded with customers. When it was our turn she tested the battery, explained the likely problem and discussed replacement options and costs. Interstate is lucky to have such a dynamic worker. i will come back to Interstate because of the great customer experience with Kirsten

Absolutely worst company ever. I bought a battery from them about two months ago. Two weeks after purchase the battery dies. I was sold a bad battery. Had to jump through hoops to get a refund, they tell me they will send me a check in the mail and it can take up to thirty days. Going on 35 days and no check.. no refund. Iv called multiple times with no answer. Horrible customer service for an over priced battery. Just go to autozone save yourself money and trouble

I stopped by to get the battery replaced on my key fob and Kristen greeted me. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and had me out of there in less than 5 minutes. It worked out great because I was in a bit of hurry. I’ve used them for my car battery in the past and they did a great job then too.

Eddie was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me install my battery. He also was meticulous in making sure everything was done right way. Thank you Eddie.

Great service. I went in for a fob battery and the employee mentioned I probably needed to replace the auxiliary battery. He gave me a person that could come to the house to do this. I am from out of town and it got done ...
