U Store self storage has been great each time I come to my storage. The staff is very attentive, courteous and professional inthe office and on the phone. My experience has been A+. 5 ⭐ 's given.

Sarah is awesome. She helps me with my update on my credit card and she called me to get the update great personality. They have always been wonderful here and I have been with them for years. Thank you all very much

I have been at u-Stor for about 2 years now and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. I like not having to go up to the office to pay I can just call and pay over the phone. They know all my info and it’s very easy to deal with every month. I would recommend to friends and family if you’re looking for a place to store your things come here. It’s a very nice experience

Excellent place for storage close to airport Freeway 24 hours and alarm systems. What more could you ask for well I couldn't think the professionalism and customer service could be best from the last manager team. But I was wrong the current team in place goes above and beyond call of duty. They always make sure my needs are met as well as any future needs may arrive.l. professional, courteous, friendly. Excellent in regards to location, 24 hr access, and security. Current in September 2025 there is advertisement of availability of several different sizes of units. This storage faculity is coveted in this area because of its 24 hr access and the alarmed doors. There is usually a long wait list for units. So if your looking for self storage in the HEB area this place IS the place to look FIRST!!!

Hands down the best storage facility in DFW! Management rocks!! Place is clean and never have any issues! Would totally recommend!

I have been a customer with ustore for years they have changed management in the past few months several times and the people they hire are very unprofessional my unit was as you see in the picture not Secure for several months no communication that my unit was open to adjacent unit I’m very unhappy with management and when I questioned the manager Nick did not respond for several days and when he did it was very disappointing. One more time very disappointed in staff once more management unprofessional
