Christopher, Jeremy, and Jake were great to work with. They showed us what they had within our budget. RVs were clean, lot was large, and customer service top notch! Highly recommend Blue Compass RV St. Louis. 8/22/25 update- Let's Talk about how amazing Carrie and Christopher are! After buying our 1st RV, Christopher's customer service continues, as he has helped me with getting RV measurements. His sheer kindness and help was blessing from 1,509 miles away. While on the call, we also needed to discuss hoses and such, so we were transfered to Carrie.... We asked her a million and 2 questions. Her depth and breadth of knowledge and experience was next level. Her customer service was impeccable. Blue Compass RV, St Louis has truly been amazing to work with. They have customers for life with us.
My first review was great, but they have ruined the entire experience. As soon as I took delivery, my salesperson( Annie) would no longer answer me. I sent a text to the mgr and he didn't answer either, until I put it in a form and thought it went to corporate, but they apparently hide and divert everything to the dealership. Jeremy finally answered that he was talking to his office mgr. Its a small place and it is now the next day and still nothing. I started inquiring on Monday. When I bought my camper at Byerly, I left with the check in hand. They (Blue Compass) didn't give me paperwork the first time bc my trade wasn't there. I went to pick it up and I had to ask for paperwork. The finance mgr told me I had it and I had NOTHING. The salesperson went and got it while he lounged! As soon as I declined all the warranties, the entire room changed. The finance managers demeanor completely changed and I would speak and he wouldn't answer or look at me. Before that, it was all smiles and bubbly. Why are all dealership the same? Do you not realize ppl buy more than once in their lifetime? This is my third camper. Its my first and LAST experience at Blue Compass. You completely ruined it by ignoring me on purpose!!!!!! They dont care about you at all. Just your money!! Carrie is awesome there and Dan!!! The rest is all fake bs like everywhere else! Pathetic that ppl dont appreciate ppl that pay their salary! I was also told it would ne winterized and wasn't. I was told sticky crap would be cleaned off the doors and it wasn't. Too much goofing off
Would leave zero stars if it was possible. Getting the run around regarding my camper getting fixed. Has a factory defect. Can't get Parts & Repairs to take two seconds out of their day to file the claim to Forest River so Blue Compass can get paid and I can get my camper back. They have had it for a month now. Even Forest River can't get Parts & Repairs to do their job. So I will be contacting everyone on the corporate chain. The CEO, the Vice President of parts & repairs, etc. And I will leave a bad review under every single email I have access to until this is resolved. And in my next post, I will put the exact names of who is not doing their job. So E, you need to file the claim.
My husband and I purchased our first RV on 10/22 because we sold our house and are building a new one on property we bought. We were promised that Blue Compass could deliver our camper to our property on 10/28. We also told them that our drive way was gravel and had an incline so it would need to be delivered during daylight hours. The first delivery guy came at 730 pm after we told them we wanted to wait until daylight tried to get our brand new camper up our drive and couldn’t get it up there. So when he backed it back out of our drive he hit the main road and completely scrapped the bottom of our camper and then tried to just leave it in some parking lot off the highway. Thankfully we had friends nearby and had him take it there and that is where it still sits. We have been promised everyday the last 6 days that someone was coming to deliver our camper to our property and that a service tech was coming to us to fix all the issues from the first delivery attempt. The sales manager Jeremy has been absolutely awful. No communication on updates, spoke very unprofessionally, and had excuse after excuse. We have even involved his manager and corporate and again still do not have our camper at our property. This place is awful they will make promise after promise and not deliver. Save yourself money, time, and frustration and buy somewhere else. We have been living out of suitcases and Airbnb’s the last week and no one at this company cares that they have left us with nowhere to go and no answers to how this continues to keep happening. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!
My wife and I had an emergency, we forgot our power cable at home and home was not close. Ethan the Service manager was made aware of our situation and squared us away. His help was unbelievable and not something one would expect in today’s society. I must say that blue compass doesn’t just sale campers even though their sales team are aggressive. I just want to thank Ethan for saving our weekend, The days are hard and whenever we have time to make free of the daily grind, we try. it was great thank you so much for the kindness to helped to strangers
Annie was absolutely wonderful to work with, made our purchase quick and easy. Everyone there was so friendly, especially to our kiddos! I highly recommend them!
We really enjoyed getting a camper at Blue Compass. Our sales person Chris is a Great person, and is very true full and up front about everything. Everyone we talk to, or worked was very nice and tool time to explain everything to us. We would recommend them to all.
