Absolute wonderful experience. Completely contactless and very easy to understand their process. Was a little new for me, however, I very much respect the business model which helps save on management fees which have obviously been extended to all clients as pricing here is unbeatable. Very nice storage facility and can't thank you enough for helping us save so much money while our home is being built. We will be storing here and recommending this facility to everyone.

This place has the quickest and easiest hassle free way to rent from that I've ever experienced with renting a storage building before. The facility is very nice and the location is great. My only complaint and not even really a complaint just a little difficulty was getting out of the parking lot as I was pulling a 24ft trailer. Parking lot and room wasn't the issue, the traffic coming down Camden road was very heavy so I did have to wait a little to be able to pull out with that size trailer but that is nothing the business can do or anyone else for that matter so just be mindful of that to have some patience if you have a big trailer. This facility was so awesome that they even let me check it out before I rented to make sure I wouldn't have issues with getting the trailer in and out. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for a nice and hassle free storage facility.

Have had a storage unit for two years here. Since then they have forced everyone to switch to less secure locks and charged us for it, and our unit price has more than doubled since we started renting. They are currently leasing the same size unit for less than the original price of me renting the first time. Edit: I was reached out to by Brad, a member of the management team, and he worked with us on pricing to be more reasonable. Very professional and courteous.

I never had a worry with Midgard. We chose them after our first unit was broken into and robbed. Midgard made us feel at ease and the entire couple of years we've been here has been great. Even the transition to the new locks was smooth and user friendly! Would definitely recommend!!

I am new to Midgard and can’t rate the storage unit yet but I can rate my experience with customer service. My first time to the unit, I was unsure where to locate it so I went into the office. I was taken back at first, by there only being a virtual agent. Jewels came online and quickly made the weirdness go away. After looking at the unit, there was a problem with the location so I went back into the office and once again Jewels was there to help. She was so friendly but also very capable and efficient in helping me get another unit. She went above making things easy and understandable. If the whole company operates under Jewels standards, I am sure everything will be great.
