O'Reilly Auto Parts

Not sure what has changed at this location but the service has gone down. During my recent visit, I had to deal with 3 different representatives and none of them seemed to be interested or focused on the parts I needed. I had to repeat myself several times because they were constantly distracted by interacting with other customers and the phone. One rep was starring out the window while I was talking and then asked me for the information I had just provided. To top it off they made mistakes on my receipt. They advertise a military discount, but don't be surprised if you don't get it because it's not offered on everything, ie..oil and filters.

Liz helped me out more than she even knows, had an issue on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend with a battery and she took care of the problem. Thank you!

Elizabeth was great my serpentine belt had broke amongst other things on my truck,she was very helpful and her customer skills was great thank you Elizabeth...

Update 2/15/2023 Had to visit here again. Outstanding service from Deonte and Justin. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you to Carlo and Macho for the expert advice and being open until ten when all the other auto stores closed at 9. My truck was stranded with a dead battery and they hooked up right up. Thanks guys. Excellent customer service 🙂

I went in here looking for brake pads and what I found were two of the greatest gentlemen this side of the Mississippi. Tj and his associate (can’t remember buddy’s name) reminded me there’s hospitality in people… and got me my break pads!! Dang, I’d late them drive my truck and I only knew them for 15 minutes. God bless those boys
