Pinnacle Storage

I had an outstanding experience with this storage company while renting a U-Haul! From the moment I walked in, Dakota Quijano was welcoming and incredibly well-organized. The rental process was smooth and efficient, and everything from paperwork to vehicle condition was handled with professionalism. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Highly recommend to anyone needing moving services or a storage location.

My first experience was 3 months ago with Matt. He absolutely saved our moving day. I just booked a u-haul here again and this time I had a lovely experience with Dakota. I cannot say enough good things about the staff that I’ve encountered at pinnacle storage. Both Dakota and Matt were an absolute treasure, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. I tell everyone I know that if you’re booking a uhaul go to pinnacle, you won’t regret it! If I ever need a storage unit this will be the first place I go. The staff are kind and attentive, and everything about this place of clean and welcoming.

Terrible display of customer service from Matthew who expressed he "doesn’t get paid overtime" after expressed a couple traveling 2.5 hrs is coming to take over the unit. They were notified of this well in advance and they made it before the space closed. I advise management to run the camera back at 5:10 - 5:35 to listen to his display of character and disgusting demeanor. I’d never had any issue with this place until today and I am completely shocked and disappointed; I don’t mind updating this if and when management reaches out.

Hands down the best storage experience I've had, love the setup of the facility especially ease of access and gate entry/exit. Special shout out to Liam O, amazing service, super helpful, and definitely inspires me to tell everyone about Pinnacle, thanks again for all your help!

Everyone down to the female clerk was simply Amazing and most importantly they where kind!! And respectful!!! I served my country for 26 years in tbe army so the show of respect and kindness where very appriciated, great job!.

Awesome site manager. Dakota was upfront and accommodating. Facility is very well maintained and the storage space is spacious and clean. We feel comfortable with knowing our belongings will be secured and the facilities will do the job. Will recommend Pinnacle Storage to friends and family.

I love this place! It is so clean and nice! Matt and Dakota were very knowledgeable about the facility! They helped me out with other things I needed to do before I move!
