Worst company to deal with. Since September 2022 I have been trying to give this company my business. No show on appointments, no follow up, no communication, no phone calls to let me what’s up with my system. They say they will follow up when I call them and nothing happens. I would not do business with this company. Even called owner today to tell him my issues and Kyle said he would call me right back after talking to him and never heard back. Terrible way to do business. Do not do business with them. They are terrible to deal with. After reading your response my biggest complaint is there was never any follow up until I had to call your tech each time to come back out here. I was told on 3 occasions that he would call me back and return to continue the process with in a couple days. I did not hear anything back until I reached out again in a text and the response was basically I don’t know when I will return and will refer you to a different company. I asked for the referral and never got a response. That’s when I called you asking about it and you said I will call you right back. Never got that phone call. I thought here we go again…..This is why I wrote the review. Your company needs to communicate better in my opinion and not leave a customer wondering what is going on. Why no follow up, needs to be addressed. This has been going on since September 2022 after the no show from our 1st appointment. Please stay in contact with customers to let them know what’s happening. It makes it healthier for both parties Sincerely, RS

Very helpful, they walk you through how everything works from project start to installed. Purchased in 2018 & since have completely eliminated my electric bill! Litterally, I'm saving THOUSANDS of dollars....AND I don't have to worry about power outages because of the battery backup! TRUST ME, GIVE IT A CHANCE & YOU'LL BE GRATEFUL YOU DID!
