The service I received was priced fairly and actually below what I expected due to the estimates I had been previously given. He finished the job before the due date I was given and even delivered my boat to me. Not many things impress me, but the service I got there really did. I’ve always taken my boat to Nordic for any service or repairs, but I don’t live in Arizona anymore. He seemed to know his way around the boat. I will definitely be taking my boat or Marine projects to him from now on. Thank you brother.

My name is Juergen and I am originally from Germany. So, I am a rookie with water but love it and bought a river home with boat dock and boat lift. I intended to improve my boat lift. I googled boat companies and found a lot of them and called them one by one. Many of them did not even pick up the phone but Boatworks LLC did and talked to me, very nice and friendly. He said he needs to look at it first before he can say more. Now I expected at least a week wait for a meeting. But Boatworks suggested a same day visit and I took it. Boatworks made me a very reasonable price and I took the offer as well. The execution of the job was just amazing. High quality standards and he knows water and boats very well. He finished the job and everything is working just fine, a little automation for my boat lift. He definitely went the extra mile for his client. I eventually purchased a boat and continue to work with Baldwin County Boatworks LLC. There is no doubt in my mind that they are a very knowledgeable and professional company.

Dustin and Andrew completely installed a new 25 horsepower outboard on my 1981 stauter. He also installed two gauges on the console and connected the remote throttle controls. They went above and beyond with this project all while staying within budget. I highly recommend them for all of your marine needs

Dustin and Andrew were able to get my boat in such short notice, that had me going the next day! They are very skilled and will definitely be going to them next time I have issues with my outboard.

Very pleased with work completed on my boat. Dustin performed gel coat repairs, rebuilt my steering and repainted motor. Turned out excellent and recommend using Dustin for your boat needs

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dustin Reed, the owner of Baldwin County Boatworks. I had a written agreement with Dustin and Baldwin County Boatworks that I would pay a $500 deposit via PayPal for him to hold a car until Sunday, June 9, so I could test drive it. The agreement clearly stated that the deposit was fully refundable if I did not approve of the car after the test drive. I drove the car with Dustin on June 8. Unfortunately, the car was not in the condition as advertised, and when I requested my refund, Dustin responded by swearing at me and driving off. He has texted me a few times indicating that he knows he owes me a refund, yet he makes excuses as to why the deposit has not ben returned. Think twice before doing business with Dustin and Baldwin County Boatworks.

Called them to do a pre purchase engine inspection and was out there the same day. Performed a detailed inspection for a more than fair price and also went beyond required work to make sure I was taken care of. Would recommend for all boating needs. Definitely felt that he cared for me more than a paycheck. These guys have earned my trust.
