They are wonderful!! Took such great care of all my needs and wouldn’t let me leave until they were sure everything was working perfectly. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all my chair and lift needs in the future.
The people here are wonderful. I had an issue with my rental that was no fault of theirs. They replaced the rental with a more durable wheelchair. They were awesome and I would refer them to anyone. Thank you for your prompt service and gracious service.
It is so nice to know that Mobility City is here in Foley.I had a battery go bad on my scooter(which was purchased somewhere else) and they repaired it for me.They did it in about 30 minutes.Being handicapped I really appreciate knowing Tim and his team are there.Everyone who is handicapped needs to know about this business...and use them. 10/2/2025
The recliner that was delivered to my room made my vacation experience wonderful. The recliner was moved into my room the day before check-in, which allowed me to me to receive full benefit. The recliner was very comfortable both for sitting and reclining back. We will definitely use this service in the future.
Drew at the Foley store was courteous, patient, kind, he exceedingly met our needs, and he performed a very professional service. He put the foot rests on our wheel chair, and he didn't judge us on our knowledge and abilities since we're new with wheel chairs. He did so in a timely manner. I would recommend him and Mobility City to anyone needing wheelchair services. Drew has no idea what this meant to us Thank you so much!
We were vacationing at Orange Beach and the condo did not have a recliner. My husband is handicapped and the lift chair they delivered before we arrived and picked up the day we were leaving "saved" the trip for him, me, our children and grandchildren! The different guys I spoke with over the phone were knowledgeable about their equipment and their customer service was fantastic! We will be using them the next time we go to their area at the beach! Thanks fellows!!
Awesome experience! I was able to be independent traveling with family! My son was able to shop without pushing me in a wheelchair. The light weight and compact storage was more than I could ask for !! This new business gives personal attention to your needs. It’s very affordable multi day rentals and delivery service available too! Will rent again on next trip!☀️
