Well to start the female I'm assuming it's a female by the sound of her voice is very rude and not understanding at all. Came here with my spouse to get some things out of her car after a really bad wreck. My spouse can hardly walk never the less able to bend. They said only she can enter the tow yard to retrieve her belongings. I stated that she has a hard time bending over and that if it was ok for me to assist her and of course they denied my request. They do have a gentleman watching her retrieve her so I'm sure if they are concerned with someone steeling something it would not be the case. This place has a bunch of bad reviews I'm. Sure this one is just one more to the collection.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would! This place is an absolute scam! I had a truck towed and trying to get my truck back was an absolute nightmare. The lady who answers the phone (didn’t get a name) not only cuts you off when trying to speak but she is so rude and unprofessional, I honestly don’t know how she got hired or why they haven’t taught her how to have any basic customer service skills or decency! I called for two days straight asking my fees (a whopping $1,180) and where they had my truck. She clearly gave me the address on Carob Street in Fontana, when my mom goes to pick up the truck she says it wasn’t there and that it was in San Bernardino (search it up on apple maps and the location says permanently closed) even though I called and asked and not only did she confirm but gave me the Fontana address. I called shortly after to ask where it was and she caught an attitude so fast. I told her that’s why I called the days prior to confirm where the truck was at and she said she never told me that and that she didn’t know who I had spoken with even though she’s the only one who answers the phone. Shortly after she starts YELLING at me and she says i’m being rude when I just wanted to know where my truck was. She has the worst attitude and honestly dealing with her will not only ruin your day but it will take ten years off your life! She lacks basic manners and human decency. When picking up my truck I have no idea what they did but it smells horrible absolutely horrible it’s impossible to even stand close to my truck. On another note the business card they give you has a phone number that is supposedly for their Fontana location but it’s actually for the San Bernardino one and the phone number for San Bernardino is actually for the Fontana location. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Today at 9:45 am, I called AAA for roadside towing service. Armada gave a 10:26 am eta. Then they upgraded the status to 10:54 am. Then they upgraded to12:40 pm. I called AAA to say if Armada can’t give me a tow can they at least change my tire. Still waiting at 11:30 am, AAA tells me Armada canceled dispatching to my location. It appears Armada caught an attitude and canceled giving me roadside service. Note, I had issues with Armada dispatching to me before.

I called this company and was guaranteed service for a winch. He estimated that the time arrival would be from thirty minutes to an hour and fifteen minutes. I was told that he would give me the number to the person giving me the car service and never received a text/call. After waiting for forty five minutes, I called back. He then told me "i said up to an hour and fifteen minutes." As I was still talking, he hung up on me. I figured the tow truck would still come, but after waiting for 4 hours, I decided to call a different tow truck company. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend.

I used AAA for my boyfriend's car, he had filed a claim (he's also a member) and it was quoted at 6:05pm when the call was place at 4:50pm but once I met up with him he had called again and they gave him an estimated time of 8:00pm and thats when I called to make a new claim for the same car but place it as a tire fix. They quoted me 5:50 to which I asked about the claim my boyfriend made and gave them his member number and they said the city of Fontana is all by ARMADA TOWING and that it's on their time. Once I called on my phone back to AAA the automated voice said they pushed it to 8:30. We ended up waiting those 2 hours to see my boyfriend's tow come up and we had asked if he can repair it, but he didn't have the tools. The tow truck driver (Jesus or Jose) was extremely rude and rushed us when we would talk, than thankfully he was capable of taking the car back to our house. Once my tow notified me that he was finally there was at 9:01PM! I forward the calls. They took all the time with no communication whatsoever nor an apology for a delay. If it weren't for AAA for keeping this Towing business employed I know the service and the business would go under. Absolutely horrible.
