Sonia @CubeSmart is absolutely wonderful and so helpful with helping you set up your Storage unit, rental. They make it so easy and convenient. I highly recommend cube smart for any personal or business use.

Purchased a storage unit through an auction. Upon arrival the cubesmart associate notified us that the unit had been tampered with. Items had been removed from the unit and the tamper tag had been removed. The original secured lock had been removed but the odd thing was that there was another lock placed back onto the slide lock in a different location which the employee had the key to. The most valuable items in the unit had been removed upon the associate opening up the unit for us to confirm. She said that this was the 2nd unit that had been found to be tampered with that day, leading me to believe that there is some form of inside corrupt activity occurring amongst the employees/site management. Be aware and keep an eye out for any suspicious activity or odd behaviors you may see.
