Extra Space Storage

We rented at this facility for over two years. It was always a wonderful experience. We hit a few challenges along the way due to husband’s emergency heart surgery and recovery, but Steve and the staff were always gracious enough to work with us to maintain current with our rental. It has been an absolute pleasure and we loved our unit. We are sad to leave, but our new journey will be starting soon out-of-state now that we’ve retired. We thank Steve and his staff for their kindness, professionalism and commitment to excellence.

Overall, I had a really excellent rental experience with Extra Space Storage in the couple of years I had the pleasure of doing business with them! The manager, Steve, was always incredibly helpful and patient. The facility was clean, the security was top-notch, and my unit was easy to access. The young lady that took care of me today was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Not only friendly and polite but offered me quick and practical solutions to get my account scheduled as I needed it. And she even went above and beyond offering to walk me through the digital wallet process to make it ensure for me to manage my account online. Steve is a great asset to Extra Space. He is kind, responsive and very easy to answer questions. He explained the new features that have changed at Extra space. We were about to change locations closer to our home, but Steve kept us with Extra space.

Looking forward to moving into my storage unit. Everything looks clean and well kept. Steve explained everything very well and made it easy. The price is right too!

I rented a unit using the call center and come to find out that the unit was upstairs and I wanted a downstairs unit. After sorting out at the facility, I received the best service from Tiffany who put me in contact with Steve. These two professionals made my move a bit easier.
