Stephen B has made my experience smooth, stress-free, and incredibly efficient. I recently had an issue, and he gave me a full explanation, a timeline on when it would be resolved, and when to expect to be contacted. He delivered excellent customer service and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I am very happy with this location and the management team.

Stephen was super helpful and nice in showing us the different store units for my family and I. He even brought out the golf cart for us since I’m pregnant! I know we are in good hands here. (:

Just recently got two units here and had an amazing customer experience. Shauna and Stephen are spectacular at their jobs, and went above and beyond to get make sure we got the best deal. We did not originally plan to get two units. But once we did and they noticed, they gave us new locks so we could use the same key for both units instead of having two separate keys. And credited back the old lock!

Stephen is truly a great guy. He genuinely cares about his customers and is just an all around morally sound gentleman. He’s always been very helpful and makes me glad I chose this location for my storage needs. Thank you, Stephen!
