The absolute worst shop I've ever been to. They had my truck for 2 hours and said their wasn't an issue with over pressure in my coolant system, but they wanted me to authorize another 2 hours to run a regen. I refused and paid my bill. I took it to Pape Kenworth in Sacramento the next day and they found the issue in 15 minutes. It was a bad air compressor just like I told the people at Inland. The bad reviews are accurate for this shop, stay away if at all possible. Also here is a picture of their drivers lounge.

Out of all the dealers in the area, Inland KW is by far the best dealer in town. Their service is unmatched and since being under new management they truly care about their turnaround time, pricing, and customer service. I highly recommend you bring your truck in next time you need any service, from body work to maintenance they have it all! You will not be disappointed!!

This company fixed my truck after my radiator sprung a leak, I appreciated that that took me right in but an 8 hour repair turned into a 48 hour repair. Two bolts broke on the radiator frame and this profesional shop had to call a mobile machinist to drill out two bolts. The machinist slept in until after 1pm and this is what caused the delay. Had I seen what broke I could have just drilled this out and done it myself. After getting the truck back I went to my pickup two hours away and found antifreeze leaking from under the radiator. Upon closer inspection I found that the upper hose clamp was not on properly and not tightened properly. I could not have done this repair out on the road so I had to rely on a shop so I chose a dealership for profesional service. I feel as if they did the best they could but I don’t believe that I received the high level of service to match the high level labor rate

This dealership is very professional. They Were able to schedule me the next day appointment for a valve adjustment and service to my 2022 680 there they found an issue with my truck and was able to take care of it. Fantastic job. Give their Mechanics a lot of respect thank you Kenworth,.

Do not take your truck here. All the other bad reviews are correct. They've had my truck for 2 weeks still can't figure out what's wrong with it. All they do is request additional time to work on it, then come back to you with a bill and request more and more and never find the real reason. I have a warranty and my truck is fully covered, but they are not telling them what the issue is for it to cover. Everyday they tell me their technician can't find the real reason to bill to my warranty, so they hold my truck and bill me for the hours of "work" they are doing. These guys here are known for this. I should have read the other reviews before taking my truck here, wasted two week and a lot of money for absolutely nothing. Literal definition of this is scammers, no other word to describe what they do.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Literally everybody who walked past me said hello which was very refreshing considering it's a dealership. Even the assitant GM Said hello when I walked past him and I was quite impressed with that.. it's a comfortable place to do business and I will buy my needs from here.

I’ve had my truck at this shop for over a month, and they still haven’t figured out what’s wrong with it. Every time I call, I get a different excuse — "we’re still diagnosing," or "it’ll be ready next week." A month later and still no clear answers or progress. This has been a huge waste of time and money. If your truck has serious issues, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. These guys clearly don’t have the experience or organization to handle it.
