I used to love this place to the point where I'd visit for fun, but it's really gone downhill. Some very kind and helpful employees, and other really rude ones. Great printing services and great inventory, but it's a rough process especially when some of the people there just really don't want to help you out.

You have an otherwise empty store with 5 customers at printing services. One young worker left alone to help people & three other workers all older just relaxing and talking in the front of the store. Print orders not left out on pick up shelf where they should be so forced to wait in line… very inconvenient & I’ve only ever experienced bad customer service here.

This place will never get my money, so if you're the local or regional manager, take a note, and it has to do with subpar customer service. I had a package to ship which FedEx said I could take there for drop-off. Person in the back by the shipping station was very unhelpful. I had asked if they could guide me to another FedEx that I could take my package too. Absolutely no effort made and when I called it out, was told that it wasn't their job to Google something... heh. Silly me I assumed being in the FedEx network they could have a directory. To add, they gave me bad information, saying I had to take my package to a full FedEx office, which was a lie. I drove down the street to the Walgreens with the same type of counter staff, this time they were helpful and helped me with my package. So yeah, there were some supplies I needed, but I left the store and I don't intend to shop at this location ever.

Same day order for 50 business cards, placed order at 10:27am it is now 6:06pm and the order is still processing? Why would you offer same day service if you cannot provide same day service lol this place is a joke!

I would likecommend Giovanni/Jani ( forgive me for the misspelling of her name). She is the female Asian who was working in the print department. I brought in a cumbersome package for FedEx drop-off. A young man who directed me to the printer area was not too helpful. When Giovanni saw that I was beginning to tape my package close with the tape I brought with me, she jumped right in to assist me. Actually, she took over! She taped my package and affixed the mailing label. She was quick, kind, professional, and rendered excellent customer service. Please give her a raise and a promotion as she deserves it!

Can a manager please speak with Wendy about her rude demeanor? There is a giant red sign that says for Shipping and printing check in.. I waited in line when it was my turn she stared at me and said did u check in? I said no because i am not shipping or printing... she said it doesn't matter u still need to check in it Says "other" i did not see the word other.. excuse me if it did say other.....however she was so incredibly cranky, maybe she is having a bad day.. thats not my fault... Be kind to others please be kind.
