Used to be team pep boys, stopped by this location for a check engine light (Discovered Cat issue). Customer service was absolutely amazing, gave plenty of suggestions. Felt that the entire team genuinely cared. Won't go anywhere else anymore, thanks team at this location!

Worst place to go to, will never go to any o’Reilly’s again. Horrible customer service from staff and management, Ricardo is the worst, manager is the same, avoid going there, will make sure to let my friends and family to avoid any O'Reilly's at all.

Will never return to this O'Reillys. They refused to replace my rotors even though they were under warranty .And well over a year old.  They told me they can only re surface them (after measuring it with his finger) which they did but took them over an hour. When I returned they had, what appeared to be my resurfaced rotors waiting on the counter. The cashier Lily directed me to them. I grabbed them and headed home. I double checked them on the way home and they gave me completely different rotors. I know because my car has a 4 lug pattern and these rotors were for a 5 lug pattern. I left without looking, putting too much trust in the store i suppose. I returned and have them give me my original rotors. Not judging all Oreilys by the mistakes of a couple employees, I took my rotors to a differnt Oreilys location where they REPLACED my rotors for free like i wanted in the first place. I will continue to shop at Oreilys but NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the staff at O’Reilly Auto Parts Fontana. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the lack of professionalism and hygiene demonstrated by the team. *Lack of professionalism:* - The staff showed a careless and disinterested attitude towards customers. - There was no clear and effective communication about the services offered. - The treatment was rude and unkind, which made me feel uncomfortable. *Personal presentation:* - Staff were not dressed to professional standards. - Loud and visible tattoos were not appropriate for a work environment. - The overall appearance of staff did not reflect the image expected of a professional company. Recommendations:* - Training in professionalism and effective communication. - Implementation of strict hygiene and cleaning protocols. - Review of the dress code and personal appearance policy. *Rating:* 3/5 stars Unfortunately, my experience was very negative and I would not recommend this establishment . I hope they take steps to improve the professionalism and hygiene of their staff.
