On October the first 2025I came into this store. I went to the Delhi to order me some meat to have it. Cut. Got, there was another lady there, this young girl was helping her. I stood there, I waited another lady came up and wented some chicken. She stood there when the girl got through with the lady, she saw me and still went to the other girl and refused to help me until I last That's a racist move. So I asked her didn't she me standing here and she said No that was a lie there is no way she did not see me. I was standing right there next to the lady I am upset with myself. Because I did not get her name. If she doesn't want to work around black people or help black people when they come into this store. Then you need to hire some one else. I'm gonna take this complaint further. Horrible store.

Since David (last manager) left, it's not the same store..he always seemed to be so very welcoming and outgoing, keeping the shelves stocked, always trying to be helpful, and always professional. He left the store quite unexpectedly, and I would've liked to at least say "goodbye and good luck wherever you go-" you're missed by myself and the residents of the nearby senior apt communities..

I have shopped at this location for YEARS, but recently i have taken my business else where for meats due to the unsafe meat selection. Today I stopped by for a few items, thought i would check out the meat & this was SOME of the selection. These are 2 separate packages of CHICKEN, the GROUND TURKEY packages also BLOATED. Most bloated food packaging is caused when microorganisms found in perishable foods produce gas, such as carbon dioxide. Some of these microorganisms cause food to spoil, and others can even cause food poisoning. I took these pictures & informed an employee (who looked like a deer in headlights ) not sure if he even cared. So here i am. I hope David Fugate store manager receives this review! I shop here often and this has been happening for a long while. I hope this issue gets resolved in a timely manner, until then I will continue to shop elsewhere for meat.

STATER BROS ON SIERRA HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEST TEAM OF EMPLOYEES. I'M IN THIS LOCATION EVERY WEEK..I LOVE THIS STORE.. I'M VERY HAPPY DAVE IS BACK ..

May 27, 2025 @ 8:38 AM – Terrible Customer Experience Cashier: Marie | 15 Items or Less Lane | Stater Bros #5 This is the store where I usually do most of my major grocery shopping. Today, I just stopped in for a few things, but once again, I had a bad experience. I’ve had several negative visits at this location, usually involving the same cashiers—Tamy or Marie. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt more than once, but today was the last straw. I stood in line while Tamy, Marie, and another employee stood around chatting. They clearly saw me but made no effort to assist until a male employee motioned to them. You can check the cameras—this really happened. It feels like Stater Bros doesn’t value me as a paying customer. After giving this store multiple chances, I’ve decided to take my hard-earned money to Superior Grocery Store down the street, where the service is better and I’m treated with respect. I’m sure Corporate will be glad to know this, or maybe Store Manager David Fugate will finally do something about it. This review is based on today’s experience, but it’s far from the first time. I’m done shopping here. See receipt attached for exact time and date and cashier name.

I really enjoy that every time I visit this store it is clean, fully stocked & cashier are friendly & quick.
