I’ve had these batteries for less than a year. About a month ago, I turned off everything — lights, fridge, all of it — and the batteries could barely make it through the night. I brought all four in to get tested. They told me only one was bad, but wouldn’t replace it under warranty. Instead, they told me to take it to AutoZone to charge. So I wasted hours doing that. AutoZone tried charging it for a few hours and then told me it wouldn’t hold a charge at all. I took it back again, and then they said the fluid was low and gave me a replacement. Whatever. Now here we are, not even a month later, same exact issue. Everything shut off, and the batteries barely last the night. I bring it back, and they tell me I need to go get them charged somewhere else before they can test them — even though the battery is obviously dead and can’t take a charge at all. So basically, unless you can somehow charge a battery that won’t charge, they won’t cover it. How much time do I have to waste on this garbage? I guess in their eyes, customers’ time doesn’t matter, we don’t have jobs, and we’ve got nothing better to do than waste time on their junk. They say it’s got an 18-month warranty. Their warranty is a joke.

Came in to disable the idle shut off they said they couldn’t do it because of my data link has ‘issues’. I still got charged one hour of work and they did not take it off. Then got an estimate to diagnose the truck for 4 hours 1,400 . I told them no . I feel like they just wanted to take more money out of me .

I bought clearance lights for the cabin of my Volvo, but it was very, very expensive. =$46,37

Return policy is ridiculous.You only have 30 days to return unused products. This is ridiculous for being as big as a company as they are you would think they would have a better warranty program, but they're a multimillion dollar company still scraping every last dime penny. Sad. I'm glad I got rid of our only mack. Will never buy mac or volvo again

At first I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews because I had a miscommunication issue at first with a different employee then the one I'm writing the review about.After that was rectified the rest of my experience was good.I especially want to thank Silvana Ramirez(Vicky) who was very easy and pleasant to talk to and attentive and never got frustrated with me so I appreciate her and thanks for making my experience better after I was kind of on the fence about the dealership after reading reviews.
