Customer Reviews
The Home Depot has a rating of 4.2 out of 5 based on over 2129 reviews on Google
The store is overall very good. It has all the necessities that I needed for renovating my house. Workers are very helpful and know where the things I need are. The layout is also good and easy to get around the store. Checking out is a fast experience with self checkout. The prices are somewhat good like the mulch wood chips, priced at 5 for $10. I would honestly recommend coming here again.
me and my partner rarely go to home depot but everytime we do we find what we need but by ourselves, theres never any staff around to help or provide assistance in any way. as we were at the checkout my partner points out that an old couple needs help and the lady standing there on her phone "Gisselle" says that theyre already being helped when they were not. i dont know about anyone else but i wouldnt want to go to a place where the employees only stand there saying "3 is open" with attitude. we usually dont care about snobby workers cause theyre over worked and underpaid but customer service is still a thing to be practiced.
This particular Home Depot gets very busy but the staff handle the crowd amazingly. They are always friendly and helpful. Unlike other Home Depot that I’ve been to where Bar and you find anybody to help you with or just give me bad directions to get you away from them. All in all 5 stars because of the helpful staff. Always willing to help with even my most oddball questions
Johnathan was helpful in helping me get my saw blades. Super cool and knowledgeable. Thank you for being quick to help. I seen him helping a lot of other people too.
Not too crowded, helpful staff that finds what I was looking for if I cannot find something and my husband gets everything here! Also my child absolutely love the kids workshop! He loves to build every first Saturday of the month! Thank you so much for that!
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received during my recent visit. The staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. It was clear that there was a lack of knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to provide adequate support. To the employees: Remember that you choose to come to work each day. If this job is causing you so much misery that it affects your attitude towards customers (who, by the way, are paying your paychecks), perhaps it's time to consider a different path. Invest in your education, find something you're passionate about, and pursue that. Life is about choices. You chose this job, so please, get it together, put on a smile, and remember that your role is customer service. Be helpful, be knowledgeable, and do the job you're being paid to do.
This Home Depot has the worst customer service, today they make me wait 45 minutes just to get a pallet of cement. The cashier (Wendy) wasn’t helpful at all, ask her about my purchase and gave me the worst attitude.
