NO TRUCKS allowed on premises unless it’s for service They want you to park outside with a 15 min parking limit when it takes you at least 15 minutes to be done with the salesperson if not longer not to mention the 15-30 minutes of wait time or you time to walk over and back I don’t recommend this place if you’re coming in a semi truck for parts
Service department do scams here....I had after treatment problem, went to this dealership...diagnosed my truck and put on regen...they didn't check anything else. Gave me truck back in 4 hours, charged around 1500 dollars...after few hours, truck started giving same problem and debated to 55 mph....these guys don't know how to work...we need our money back...
I purchased a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia from this dealership, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. If you’re considering buying here, beware—they will not assist you with anything once you drive off the lot. During the sale, Larry Thomas assured me that the APU’s cooling and heating systems were functional, but he admitted on-site that he didn’t know how to turn the APU on. He insisted it worked, but the bunk heater does not function, which has been a major inconvenience. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for multiple repairs that should have been addressed before the sale. These include: The truck was low on coolant. The windshield wipers were in poor condition and had to be replaced. The fluids were not topped off. The right-side fog light was not working. Shockingly, these are basic items required to pass the annual DOT inspection, which was supposedly performed when I purchased the truck. There’s no way a thorough inspection was done—how did it even pass? When I raised these issues with the manager, his response was dismissive and disinterested. He even implied that these problems were somehow my fault. I explained that it’s been about 5 months since I purchased the truck, and while he promised to look into the situation personally, I’ve heard nothing back. To make matters worse, the truck has ongoing major issues: It shuts down unexpectedly. The traction stability light has come on. Engine fumes are leaking into the cab, which has caused one of my drivers to fall ill. I trusted this dealership based on my prior experiences purchasing multiple trucks and trailers, but this has been the absolute worst. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care is shocking. If you plan to buy here, thoroughly inspect your equipment before taking it off the lot, because once you leave, you’re on your own. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
Scott is not supposed to work in customer service. This cashier man forget where his money come from. Very rude and unprofessional. Can’t even put right company name from registration.
I have been a commercial driver for over 20 years and have visited Velocity Truck Center, a Freightliner dealer and truck shop, numerous times. Unfortunately, I have not observed any improvement in their customer service. They consistently keep drivers who drop off their trucks waiting for extended periods. It appears that they undervalue drivers, treating them as unimportant individuals who can be ignored. On Saturday, August 30th, 2025, I arrived at approximately 11:30 am and informed Brandon at the service counter of my needs. He instructed me to wait, stating that Oscar would assist me. I waited for over half an hour, despite being the only customer. There were staff members present, but they seemed more focused on walking around, grabbing food from the backroom, and socializing. I expressed my frustration to Brandon, emphasizing that their treatment of customers was subpar. In fact, I have visited multiple Freightliner locations across the country, and this particular one ranks as the worst. I left the office, but Greg, a mechanic, overheard my conversation and promptly assisted me, despite it not being his responsibility. Later, Brandon also came out to help. I wonder why he didn't provide assistance when I first arrived. The entire experience was a waste of time, simply to drop off a truck at the Freightliner shop in Fontana. I hope the manager in charge reads this and takes steps to improve their customer service. Even smaller shops provide tablets for drivers to use, enabling them to check in, drop off keys, and leave within a 5-minute timeframe.
This place is all about ripping customers off my truck was in the shop for 5 hours the technician came to work on it one time went to lunch I told my service rep I was logging the times when the technician was working and oscar the service rep told me we was logged in for 5 I payed 2,300 to get a cpc box the next day my truck was still not working they told me it was the battery so more money to them my truck didn't start when I turned it off but when it's on. It will run good 245 a hour but they will NOT BE WORKING ON IT sad we as customers can't o anything about this rip off
