Had total brake failure in rural mountain roads. Brakes seized and heated to the point it melted rubber seals on the tire and caused a flat. With little phone service and the sun dimming, State Farm reached out to these folks and got me help. After I secured a ride from family, the tow driver went up, secured the vehicle, and brought it back to my house. The driver as well as the gentleman on the phone were incredibly polite and sympathetic to my situation. They went up late on a Saturday afternoon/evening in a deadzone for cellphones with roughly 2-2.5 hours of total drive time and helped me immensely. Couldn't be happier with how they mitigated a very difficult time for me.
