Always great service! Been using Advanced Autos for years and had very little bad experiences. The online ordering and pickup service has been great! Every time I pick up my items, they have always been correct and the service has always been friendly and helpful, no matter which store I go to in my area.

Chelsea made my visit today incredibly easy! My battery died last night, and I needed a jump, but this morning my car started right up. Chelsea, with the best attitude, immediately came out to my car to run diagnostics. She determined that while it might not be necessary right now, it definitely would be before the winter cold hits. I decided to get a new battery installed today, and Chelsea took care of it promptly. Some of my connection cables weren’t in the best shape, but she did everything she could to ensure I wouldn’t be without power. Highly recommend Chelsea for her professionalism and positive attitude!

Jason and Tyler best employees ever in the world helped fit it a steering wheel cover that should’ve never fit. Please give them a raise.

9/18/2025 I was in a bind trying to install a power steering pump pulley on my car when i asked evan for advice. He walked me through what i needed to do and gave me a hand to get my car back and rolling on the road lickity split. These guys at this location are extremely helpful and friendly, They are the reason i choose to shop at advance

Wow, go somewhere else. Run, don't walk. Worst customer service I've ever received, and a total lack of responsibilities. They recommended, sold, and installed the incorrect battery for our car, and the car lost power on the road just a few days later. Took the car back after stopping by our mechanic and being told they installed an AGM battery which was an upsell that made no sense because our car didn't have the float charge stages or proper voltage charge for an agm battery. So we went back to advance to ask for a swap out for the correct battery, and they refused , saying the battery they sold us isn't technically a bad battery. We got our mechanic on the phone and advance tried to argue even though they had no knowledge of what was the issue. In the end they told us they would refund the battery but only if we went somewhere else to have a new one installed first. Absolutely the worst customer service you could ask for. Not knowledgeable, rude, and senseless business practices.
