Karri's Towing

The sign says 24 hour limit. But the property Manager is the parking police and enforces a 3 hour limit and represents himself as the towing company. So sad that this towing company is working for a company that is literally out at planet fitness daily harassing people and leaving giant tow notice signs on customer vehicles and doing so in the name of the towing company used to tow from this property. So per the owner of the property, they do not have to give notice and he will have any vehicle towed at any time for any reason. I guess that's legal? Probably not great for the businesses that lease here. But of the this tow company thinks it is kosher to have the property owner falsely identifying himself as a tow company employee, there may be ground for a liable lawsuit. Just saying. I wouldn't want someone saying they were me and doing questionable things in my name, but hey, I'm not a tow company working for some shady company that has no idea how laws work...

If I can go lower i would had a car towed from Walmart on Friday had to wait to get paid to get out. So when I did they way overcharged me for it so I could not get it out so I was going to find title and get keys. Could not get back that day with title. So I was gonna wait a day. We'll I get a phone call from them telling me I jumped the fence and broke into my car(I did not) they say they are all locked and it had to be me since I have a key. I also have broken window. They called cops on me getting finger prints and everything to try to blame me. I have video proof I was not there. I have video proof of my keys at my ex wife's house that was never touched for a week. So if you want a tow look at other places. They will blame you if they mess up. EVERYTIME!!!

Extremely rude unprofessional. Don’t bother talking to them or reasoning. They will lie and hide things such as you only need to pay 60 bucks to get your car out

My wife already has said quite a bit about this horrible company. They cannot speak to people without profanity and threats. They say we are black mailing yet we have only asked for our license plate. It was the company that called you that would be responsible for the tow so.... Funny that you claim the same thing every time someone has a problem with your company. We will use every forum and account possible to let the entire Colorado community know what the business practices are here. Nothing we have said is a lie. You do realize calls are easily recorded and speaker phone leaves witnesses. You should not be practicing any type of business dealing with people directly. I would also suggest you let someone that has passed enough English classes to properly respond to people instead of sounding ignorant and rude. It's just more proof of the verbal abuse that you practice. You need more proof ..... Your entire family thas been all over the news for over 10 years.

I called for a tow that was pretty important and not only did no one show, but I called them just I ask for an update: got hung up on, tried calling back and got ignored, tried calling from my bf’s phone - they answered and then hung up on me again. How rude and irresponsible. Really ignorant business owners.

They tried towing my car claiming it had been there for 24 hours in reality had been there maybe 5 hours. I called in and they threatened me over the phone. Tough guy persona doesn’t bode well for soft criminals.

The day I called she didn't have anyone available she gave me a couple of business I could try and thankfully I didn't need a tow after all. I've used Karrys towing before and I would call on them again.
