I absolutely love coming to Lowe's. They're much better than any other hardware store in town. Their inventory is always accurate unlike other hardware stores. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and picked up and organized unlike other big box department hardware stores

Went in to buy a lawnmower for our new house, knowing nothing about what to look for! Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable, taught us basic lawn care info and guided us to exactly what we needed! Every time I go, I love to look at the plant section! Most are very well taken care of, and I've never brought back a plant that had bugs that effected other plants. Great store for anything you need!

This was an out of town Lowe's for me so I didn't know where I was supposed to park for pick up orders. I got directions (of course I was at the wrong end of store. But the actual pick up desk was unmanned. When the employee arrived after I rang the bell he didn't say a word to me for a bit. So I wasn't really sure if he came to help me or something else. Finally I spoke up and asked how to do a pick up. After that he's was a bit more helpful. The person who carried my order to my vehicle was so friendly. That was the bright spot. The rest left me with a weird feeling. I find most of the Lowe's I go to, they just aren't super friendly and helpful. Which, if they would just put in a bit more effort it would be a more rewarding experience and surely bring me back rather than go to Menards to get the better price.

Our refrigerator died last Saturday.. on Sunday morning we went to Lowe’s in Fort Collins to shop for a new one. We found what we wanted and ordered it up. Our refrigerator was delivered Monday morning! The Mike and his delivery crew were friendly, careful, timely and professional. They did a great job! We were amazed that we could buy and then receive our appliance within 24 hours. This Lowe’s has exceptional service. Shop here first!

Customer service when you get it, is amazing. That is only true when you find someone doing their job. But they have products that home depot doesn't have. They also have a much better tile selection than Home Depot.

I recently purchased an oven and refrigerator. I paid $250 for installation of oven and ended up hiring an electrician to get it to work. Then my refrigerator was delivered. I paid to have old one taken away. The delivery men left my new refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen. I had to ask them to put it in the correct spot and plug it in to make sure it worked. Today I discovered the fridge is wrapped in plastic and should have been removed before plugging in. I removed all i could but don't know if bottom of fridge is covered in plastic. I will never use Lowe's again and will tell everyone about my disappointing experience with Lowe's.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AND HAVE LOWES CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION. Ordered a new dishwasher and range from Lowes and paid for installation. The third party company hired by Lowe's installed my dishwasher wrong. It's now been over 3 weeks and there is still no solution. The installation company contracted with Lowe's keeps rescheduling without notice/confirmation and Lowe's tells us there are no other companies who can fix the installation.
