These past several months everytime I go into the store for something the staff is friendly and helpful. The print department is attentive and cares about their work. I really appreciate how they've assisted me with my projects!!

I found a bulletin board to meet my needs that I couldn't find at other brick/mortar stores. Happy about that. The stores are always clean, well organized, have a variety of options for each item, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

It's a great place to learn about all of the wonderful office supplies that you could probably find on Amazon or Ebay for much cheaper. They've got mediocre customer service. The printing assistance is nice, but you'll need to be patient. They've got everything from desks and printers to computers and portable chargers. The selection is amazing, but it seems to me they could dial it down a tad and focus more on customer service quality. The layout is colorful and exciting, but the employees seem to mostly be new, and not super familiar with one thing or another, just hit or miss. Cool place to get office supplies if you're on a pinch.

For an office store, your staff and management are surprisingly motivated and knowledgeable. They even point out sales and coupons! Prices competitive. Stock some high-end Lechturm 1917 notebooks and I'm sold.

Jen at the print shop was terribly kind and wonderful to work with upon there being a small misunderstanding about an order. Really appreciated her willingness to do what she could to make things right!!

I had just started wondering around lost, looking for an item that I've never needed nor will probably ever again. When to the rescue came Inanna, completely of her own accord. She pleasantly showed me where the item was located, and then showed me finished examples of the different options. Amazing and I'll be back.

Had a great experience here today. Your employee, Dylan (sp?, young man with glasses) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I came in shopping for a printer. Turned my unsure $150 purchase into a very positive $450 purchase. He offered help without having to be sought out. Was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Upsold without being a seller. Just an all around great employee.
