The staff knew what they were talking about, was able to help me get all the parts I needed, helped install my wiper blades too! Love the location, with it being by Safeway and closer to my house than the Northern and Southern store. Really nice and clean place too as it just opened up.

Employees are friendly and helpful! I was there on two occasions for codes to be read and ended up making a purchase the second visit which they helped me & welcomed my pup as we shopped.

Great store. I’m traveling across the country and needed an oil change in my motorcycle. They assisted me without hesitation. Hard to find good people willing to help a stranger out. Thank you for the help and assistance.

I own a shop in town and used O’Reilly auto parts for about two years before that, I was a mechanic in Denver and it worked for CenturyLink as a fleet mechanic and we used O’reillys for years and they seemed to be a great company recently I sold an oil cooler to one of my customers, and it ended up being defective. I have gone back-and-forth with O’reillys for a very long time only to get a very, very small refund for what had happened. it didn’t cover the full bill by any means I am a smaller business and I just feel like unless you are a big business. O’reillys doesn’t really fully care about who they affect selling their parts. They are not the business that they used to be. I do not recommend using them or buying any of their parts. The quality has gone down and now I have somebody threatening to sue me over this in the end. It seems like I am the one losing. I think O’reillys should take accountability for their defective parts and make this right

This store totally screwed me I tore my car apart and needed a throttle body and they sold me the wrong part and now taking 3 days to get my refund thanks to them the wife and I are now missing work because they don’t know how to sell the right part the first time and didn’t have the right one at all they said I could drive to another store I said how my car is broke down I won’t ever use oreilys parts again

Flat out these guys are the best and I’d give 10/5 stars if I could. Whenever I have come here they are friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful and that is NOT something you are guaranteed at every auto parts store. Every time I have come here they have helped me and I have left with a solution. I feel like I’ve interacted with every person on this team and I will go nowhere else in Fort Collins because they have all consistently shown their commitment to helping customers and providing quality service. No notes.

Lifesavers they allowed me to check out and return tools close to closing and got everything done to try and get back home to ND, I only shop at O'Reilly's!
